Summary:
Baby 5 and Buffalo are surprised to be attacked by Franky Shogun. Child 5 questions if he’s a pacifist shooting at them because of the resemblance, and fires his gatling gun at him. To her surprise, it doesn’t cause a single scratch on Franky Shogun, which Franky hints at with his joking “General OK” technique just by saying the name of the technique. Franky does his “general shield boomerang” by removing one of his shoulder pads and throwing it at them. Baby 5 turns into a sword and Buffalo holds her legs as a handle. With his Devil Fruit abilities, he spins at a blinding speed that repels the shield. Baby 5 then turns back into a missile, Buffalo holds her legs and hurls her at Franky. Franky tries to shoot her with his gatling gun, which she dodges before the rocket explodes.
Defeated, Caesar the Clown wakes up, confused and unable to move. He remembers how he got Smoker’s heart from Law and remembers that he still has his heart and says that he will take Smoker with him.
In the lab, Law and the others are still waiting for the Straw Hats to come aboard. Luffy says they won’t move until every member of the Straw Hats arrives. Nami asks about Franky and Sanji replies that he sent Sunny to the sea. Brook, Chopper, Mocha, and the G-5 Marines are then seen running with Shinokuni right behind them, with the gate closing in front of them in the corridor between Block R and B. They make it in time and they all finally board the cart. Brook asks what to do with the petrified Kin’emon, which shocks Momonosuke, who is still in his dragon form.
Meanwhile, Monet called the Joker to his surprise, thinking she was incapacitated. He tells Monet that there is a weapon in the research lab, the one that destroyed two other research labs four years ago. He tells her to activate a switch that will kill everyone on the island except Caesar. Monet interrupts and says that was her intention all along. Joker apologizes and tells her to bear it all.
