Summary:

The four priests of God discuss the 2nd class crime committed by the Straw Hat Pirates and prepare for their punishment.
As Luffy, Sanji, and Usopp navigate the milky way, they arrive at a point where their path splits between four doors leading to their respective court, each named: Orb, String, Iron, and Swamp. Luffy casually suggests Orb’s trial and the other two agree.
When they enter the door, they walk down a dark and long corridor. Luffy jokes that they picked the wrong door, and when they finally reach the exit, they start to fall. Believing they have fallen from Sky Island, the three panic, but land on what appears to be a continuation of the milky way, which takes them into a forest filled with variously sized cloud orbs.
As the three continue sailing, a giant snake attacks them, but Luffy blows it away. Shortly after, a large white orb blocks their path; when Sanji tries to kick it away, the orb explodes in their faces.
Suddenly a voice is heard explaining that these clouds are called “surprise balls” and no one can predict what will emerge from them. A man appears and introduces himself as Satori, one of Enel’s priests. Sanji asks him if the rest of the crew is okay; he replies that he doesn’t know, but even if they managed to escape from custody, they would still end up dead. When Luffy tries to attack him, Satori predicts the attack and dodges it before hitting Luffy in the face with the impact wheel attached to his palm. Sanji attacks him as well, but his movements are once again predicted by the priest, with a power called Mantra. Usopp tries to fight but is also beaten.
Satori sends the boat, the Straw Hats’ only means of reaching the sacrificial altar, sailing down the milky way. He then goes on to explain the orb experiment, stating that it has a 10% survival rate.
