Summary:
As the rain continues to fall and despite Vivi’s words, the two armies still distrust each other. However, the princess gets help from 2 of her friends who she thought were dead. Chaka appears in front of the royal army and orders them to halt, while Igaram on the rebel side, carrying an injured Kappa, reveals to them that the king who started the rising by killing innocent people was a fake. After the truth is revealed, all weapons are laid down and peace finally comes to Arabasta.
Relieved that Igaram is alive, Vivi runs down the tower looking for her Straw Hat friends, but they have left and are looking for their captain. He was found unconscious being carried on the back of a bearded man. When Vivi finally joins them, she reveals that the bearded man is none other than her father, the King of Arabasta, who explained to them what happened in the Royal Tomb. The Straw Hat Pirates then ask Vivi and her father to rush to the location so they can formally end the battle, when asked to go with her they refuse as pirates they cannot be honored.
Once alone, everyone collapses into a well-deserved rest.
Meanwhile, Tashigi the Marines find the unconscious Crocodile and arrest him and strip him of his warrior title for his treason against the government, meanwhile the rest of the unconscious Baroque Cannon agents are shown and presumably arrested, with the exception of Mr. 2. While Cobra reassures his people by forgiving the rebels and asking everyone to help him rebuild their country. Arabast’s grief was finally over.
