Summary:

The chapter opens with the Straw Hats preparing to battle the giant crab Hasami. Usopp tells Chopper one of his lies again while Zoro trains by placing Matsuge on one of his swords and picking him up. As Usopp tells a horrified Chopper that the shrimp are actually crabs in the background, Nami tells Zoro that what he’s doing would probably just use up his stamina. Sanji tells Nami to leave him alone, saying that everyone needs to do something to get their thoughts off of their captain tasting Shichibukai level at the moment. Zoro asks Sanji what he wants to say and Sanji says that Zoro is scared and wondering what if Luffy loses. Zoro gets upset at the word “scared” and calls Sanji “eyebrow beauty”. Sanji takes offense at this and calls Zoro a mosshead. As the two are about to start fighting, Nami punches them both. Usopp thinks about how to cheer everyone up as “Vice Captain”, but Vivi assures everyone that Luffy is fine. Usopp comments that Vivi is the one who should be worried the most, and Nami tells Vivi to just focus on worrying about the rebellion and not on other things, lightly punching her in the head. Nami officially names the crab “Hasami” and tells him to hurry to Alubarna while the others comment on the strange name.
Meanwhile, in Yuba, Toto finally finds a place with lots of water coming out and smiles, unaware that a sandstorm created by Crocodile is coming.
Back in the fight with Luffy and Crocodile, Crocodile tells Luffy about how everything would be his, not Luffy’s. We now see that Crocodile has stabbed Luffy’s water bottle around Luffy’s neck. As the water from Luffy’s bottle drips onto Crocodile’s arm, Luffy suddenly grabs Crocodile’s arm and breaks it despite being half dead. Surprised that Luffy is still alive, the crocodile throws him into the quicksand and Luffy falls deeper and deeper into it.
At Rainbase, Smoker tells Tashigi to go straight to Alubarna herself and do what she sees as her own justice there. Smoker tells her to keep a close eye on how this place ends up, destroyed or not, and leaves.
Meanwhile, in the desert, the rebels are riding horses towards Alubarna. Goat tells Cobra to wait and see how he destroys Arabasta.
In the royal palace, the soldiers are also preparing for battle and the citizens are running for safety.
Mr. 4 and Miss Merry Christmas are seen somewhere with a bloodied and captured Cobra, and as the pair chat, Cobra tells everyone to stop destroying themselves in his mind.
People who hate fighting, people who fight, people who create fighting, people who stop fighting, they all come to Alubarna to clash.
Back in the quicksand, Luffy’s head pops up and shouts that he’s hungry.
