Summary:
The Straw Hats finally arrive in the abandoned town of Yuba. Only one inhabitant lives here: Toto. When Vivi realizes who she is, she remembers her childhood.
The Straw Hat Pirates enter Yuba after it is hit by a sandstorm. There is no one here except Toto, who is digging in the sand. When Vivi questions him about the rebels, the old man tells them that due to the drought Yuba has been facing for three years, the rebels have moved to Katorea, an oasis near Nanohana, the town they left before heading to Yuba.
When Luffy says Vivi’s name, the old man begins to cry and asks the princess if she remembers him. Vivi is shocked to realize who it is and begins to reminisce about their first meeting.
Eleven years ago, a young boy named Koza asked King Cobra to stop the drought in his village because the villagers were suffering. When Cobra told him it was out of his power, Koza’s father Toto appeared, ashamed of his son’s rudeness, and begged the king to forgive them. The goat, too proud to beg the king’s forgiveness, ran out of the room. Cobra was moved by the child’s care for his fellow citizens and decides to allow them to live in Alubarna temporarily until they can decide what to do.
After confronting the Goat King, he ran out in tears and ran into young Vivi, who called him a crybaby. This is the beginning of a fight between two kids that quickly turned into a friendship. Vivi became the trickster of the Suna Suna clan, just under the Goat. But one day, while Vivi was searching for her leader, she ran into two dangerous men.
