Summary:
Chopper creates and tests the antidote he created. Hyogoro, before fully transforming into an ice Oni, asks Yatappe to kill him. On the roof, Luffy regains his Haki and engages in battle again.
On the living floor of the Skull Dome, Chopper is working on an antidote, but is starting to run out of stamina. Still, he pushes through with the last of his strength. Hyogoro also decides to use the last of his strength to fight the enemy Beasts Pirates. However, he instructs his men to kill him once the transformation is complete. When he faces the Mimawarigumi, he regrets not fighting against Kaidou when he was in his prime. However, he is pleased that the alliance now has a powerful asset, Luffy.
On the roof, Kaidou sends more slashes at his enemies in his hybrid form, and Big Mom makes Zeus unleash more lightning bolts. Sufficiently rested, Luffy is able to use Haki again and is ready to re-enter the battle.
Marco fights both the king and the queen in his phoenix form. He defeats both and sends the king into the house and the queen into the wall. Although they both survive and emerge from the wreckage, this buys Chopper some extra time. However, Perospero, who is coming down the stairs, sees him exhausted.
Chopper manages to develop a cure for the virus. Before administering the antidote to other people, he decides to test it on himself to guarantee its safety. The antidote creates a high fever designed to fight the virus.
Hyogoro defeats both Orochi Oniwabanshu and Mimawarigumi, but begins to transform into an Ice Oni. He orders his men to kill him so that he does not endanger his allies. He leaves the battle to his subordinates and says he has no regrets.
