Summary:

Queen names her masterpiece the Ice Oni virus. Kaidou collapses from the Nine Red Scabbards attack, but quickly gets back up and launches an attack that severs Kiku’s arm.

The slash that the Nine Red Sheaths inflicted on Kaidou reopens the scars that Oden inflicted. Kaidou collapses after being injured.

Back inside, Queen pulls out her gatling gun and fires another round of Excite Bullets. Zoro is forced to fight an infected samurai who has become hostile due to the virus. Although he recognizes one of the samurai from the corridor, he is forced to cut him to prevent infection. The Straw Hats are horrified by this new highly infectious virus, and the Queen calls it her masterpiece, the Ice Oni.

Luffy and Sanji fight a group of Beasts Pirates, but are confronted by Shinuchi, a gorilla user of SMILE Briscola. Jinbe slams Briscola down from behind. Even as he gets up, Jinbe punches him and crashes into the ceiling. Luffy, Sanji and Jinbe fight together against the remaining Beasts Pirates.

The people of the Flower Capital celebrate, but secretly yearn for the return of the Kozuki family. Carpenter Minatomo sits down with a drink and reminisces about the old days when Sukiyaki and Oden ruled the country. The townspeople pray for the Nine Red Sheaths to fight against Orochi and Kaidou.

At the top of the Skull Dome, the Nine Red Sheaths decide to decapitate Kaidou to finish him off, but he gets up before they can. Kaidou reflects on his battle with Oden; although he laments that Higurashi used a dirty trick to sabotage Oden, he decides to attack the samurai in full force. He unleashes a series of flying slashes and one of them cuts off Kiku’s arm.

This is the first episode to use PAINT as the opening theme.
The anime adds the following:
Zoro and Drake take out some Ice Oni samurai. Zoro tries to talk to one of them but is stopped by Chopper.
