Summary:
Right after Big Mom regains her memories, she suddenly passes out. Queen quickly orders her men to apprehend Big Mom and escorts her to Onigashima.
With both the Queen and Big Mom gone, Luffy continues to practice his advanced Busoshoku Haki. Babanuki then orders the prisoners to subdue Luffy and they comply. Daifugo also shoots toxic bullets at prisoners. Before Luffy could be infected, the mysterious prisoner shouts.

Long summary
Immediately after Big Mom regains her memories, she collapses and falls asleep. The Queen took the opportunity to restrain her with handcuffs and chains of pure Seastone, inject her with a tranquilizer, and send her to Onigashima to see most of the guards on board, leaving only a minimum of guards in Udon.
The guards continue to fight Luffy. Luffy tries to defeat them using Ryuo, but they struggle to do so. Babanuki orders the prisoners to fight Luffy. The prisoners don’t want to fight him, but fear Kaido and Orochi should they join Luffy and escape. Accepting that they have no hope of living a free life again, they obey and restrain Luffy.
Daifugo shoots one of the prisoners with a flint lock, which immediately covers his skin with green spots and burns him. The disease is also transmitted to two other prisoners who touch him. Daifugo explains that he fired an Excite Bullet that had a contagious plague on it. He prepares to fire another bullet at them and infect them all.
However, Kawamatsu’s call from the sacred prison cell, the other guards were told that there was a dangerous animal inside. Babanuki explains that the cell actually contained a member of the Nine Red Sheaths. When Kawamatsu was captured thirteen years ago, Orochi sentenced him to be executed by being fed to poisoned fish. However, Kawamatsu never died from eating the fish, so he has remained alive in his cell ever since. Babanuki orders the guards to kill him.
Kikunojo prepares to fight the guards to save him, but Kawamatsu is able to drive them off by spitting sharp fish bones on their necks.
