Summary:
Zoro goes to the game room with Tonoyasu. After the fight, Zoro and Tonoyasu go to Ebisu town. Meanwhile, the Ninja-Pirate-Nink-Samurai Alliance works to steal weapons and food. Franky learns that Minatomo no longer has plans for Kaidou’s mansion. He searches for them all over the Flower Capital, but runs into a dead end. At the Shogun’s castle, CP0 tries to negotiate with Orochi.
Zoro goes to the game room where he is playing a dice game. He wins and earns an impressive sum. However, the other Straw Hats don’t know where he is, so they consider him missing.
At the construction company, Franky is reprimanded by his boss Minatomo for coming to work late. Franky asks for the plans for Kaidou’s mansion, but Minatomo claims he stopped them ten years ago. After the fight starts, Franky is kicked out and goes to the pawn shop.
Franky goes to a pawn shop where he is led to another person named Kumagoro. He walks around the city looking for the plans, getting led to different people and eventually reaching a dead end as he is told the plans are in Kuri. He finds Kanjur selling fish drawn with his Devil Fruit ability. Kin’emon then calls and tells him to support other missions around the capital.
Meanwhile, Wanda, Carrot and other Minks break into the factory to steal food and weapons. They leave a message that the culprits were thieves from Mount Atama. This way, the Beasts Pirates would blame and attack Doji for the theft, forcing him to join Kin’emon’s alliance. Wanda and Carrot bring supplies to Kin’emon.
In the game room, the player tries to cheat against Zoro; a man hiding under a table uses a needle to push a die. Zoro detects the cheating and unleashes a “Dragon Twister” swordless attack, uncovering the table and revealing the man. The gamblers turn on him and start fighting. Zoro defeats the gamblers and takes the loser’s money. Zoro leaves with one of the gamblers, Tonoyasu, to the city of Ebisu.
Orochi finally appears as a human at his headquarters and meets the masked agents of CP0. The agency had previously been involved in shady underworld dealings with “Joker” Doflamingo, but now that Doflamingo had been defeated, CP0 was forced to deal directly with Wano Country. However, since Wano Country was already self-sufficient, Orochi made unreasonable demands, even demanding the mysterious Doctor Vegapunk.
They arrive at Komurasaki Gate in front of the mansion. Meanwhile, Momonosuke reveals to Tama that he has a mysterious sister named Hiyori and does not know if she is alive or not.
The anime adds the following:
Zoro is shown playing with Tonoyasu. It was only mentioned in the manga.
Nami and Shinobu were informed that Zoro had disappeared.
Wanda and Carrot are shown stealing food.
Robin goes to the banquet hall.
Komurasaki arrives at the Shogun’s palace.
Franky’s conversation with Minatomo continues.
In the manga, the other Minatomo workers hit Franky in the head when he was having a seizure. In the anime, Minatomo hits Franky instead.
In the manga, Franky was talking to Kanjuro before looking for plans. In the anime, it’s after Franky hit a dead end.
In the manga, Orochi’s face was first fully revealed when he was in the banquet hall. In the anime, his face is shown talking to the CP0 agents.
