Summary:
Brook recognizes Sanji’s brother Yonji and his sister Vinsmoke Reiju as members of the Vinsmoke family that ruled all of Northern Blue, and Reiju reveals that they still hold their royal status despite losing their physical territory. Reiju then presses his mouth to Luffy’s and sucks all the poison out of him, curing him. She and Yonji return to their ship and agree not to say anything about their meeting to ensure that Sanji’s wedding goes smoothly. Meanwhile, Aladine sees the scene underwater and reports the presence of the Straw Hats to Jinbe.
The Sanji Retrieval Team later docks on the island, and despite Pekoms’ orders to wait, Luffy and Chopper immediately run out and come upon a city made entirely of chocolate.
The Sanji Retrieval Team reacts with shock to the mysterious woman who is on their ship, realizing from her comment about Yonji being her little brother that she must also be Sanji’s older sister. Yonji then jumps out of the water and expresses his displeasure at his sister Reija as he floats in the air. The team is confused by Yonji’s ability to levitate and wonder if it is a devil fruit, but Nami says that if it was, the water would incapacitate him. Pekoms then reveals that Yonji got his powers from science because he is a member of the Vinsmoke family, the leaders of the Germa 66 who possess advanced scientific technology. Chopper is amazed that Big Mom has been trying to get her hands on the technology for a long time. Brook knows the name Vinsmoke and recalls that the family ruled all of North Blue. Reiju confirms this and reveals that even though they no longer have any physical territory, they still have royal status and can visit the Levels. Brook falls in love with Reiju and wants to see her panties, but Nami slaps him for his inappropriate behavior.
Reiju turns his attention to the incapacitated Luffy, noting that he had to eat an armored stone fish from the hot hot sea that would normally kill even a giant instantly. However, she calls it her favorite treat and presses her lips to Luffy’s. She then drains all the poison from his body and transfers it to herself without suffering any negative effects. The team, except for Brook, who wishes they were in Luffy’s current state, are shocked to see this, but Reiju assures them that everything is fine since she is Poison Pink. Luffy then regains consciousness and Chopper and Carrot tearfully hug him. Not remembering what happened, he asks for another Armored Stonefish skin and Nami angrily tells him what happened.
Luffy sees Reiju’s curly eyebrows and thinks he is Sanji, but Chopper scolds him for being a woman. After a while, Luffy realizes that she is Sanji’s sister, and Reiju thanks him for taking care of Sanji during his absence from their family. They reveal that their father has been looking for him since he left, and when Sanji first got his bounty two years ago, Judge sent bounty hunters after him. However, due to a crude drawing on Sanji’s wanted poster, the hunters went after Duval instead, and the Straw Hats remember Duval telling them about how he was targeted based on his resemblance to Sanji’s drawing. When Sanji’s bounty was finally completed with his photo, Judge continued his search and his bounty was changed to “Only Alive”. Luffy asks where Sanji is, and Reiju says that he’s either with Big Mom or their father; they sailed to meet him, but seemed to miss him. Reiju looks forward to meeting him later, but Luffy angrily declares his intention to save Sanji. As the tension builds, Yonji notices Pekoms and asks him what he’s doing with the straw hats. Annoyed, Pekoms claims to keep it to herself, and Reiju jumps off the Sunny and lands next to Yonji on their ship. Reiju and Yonji said their goodbyes, agreeing not to tell anyone about their meeting to ensure that Sanji’s wedding goes ahead. Both ships then depart. Reiju catches Yonji looking amorously at Nami’s wanted poster. Still mesmerized by Reiju’s beauty, Brook says that he still wishes to see her panties. Nami comments saying she doesn’t even have the energy to slap him. Meanwhile, Aladine watches the scene underwater and reports it to Jinbe, asking what he wants to do.
At Sunny Sanji, the Retrieval Team admires Reiju’s work on Luffy and Luffy offers to go fishing again, but they quickly decline. Nami realizes they’re still short on food, but Pekoms says they should reach the island soon. He reveals that there are 34 islands around Whole Cake Island that are ruled by a minister. These islands make up Big Mom’s territory, which is called Totto Land. Carrot then jumps to the Crow’s Nest and she and Pedro see Tarte approaching them. Pekoms let everyone else hide, assuring them that he could smooth it out with security. Sunny and Tarte later dock on the shore of the island, and Pekoms talks to some chess soldiers, claiming that he kidnapped Sunny from a pirate group and is currently sailing her to present to Big Mom, complete with a sweet treat. The Sanji Retrieval Team watches this from behind Sunny’s mast, and Carrot tries to get to the island, but is held until the Pekoms complete the arrangements. However, they then realize that Luffy and Chopper are missing, probably already headed to the island. Luffy and Chopper actually run across the island until they approach a city made entirely of chocolate, much to their delight.
