Summary:
CP0 agents Rob Lucci and Spandam search Dressrose for weapons, but find none. The people of Dressrosa celebrate a new era in their history as the existence of dwarves is revealed to humans and they begin to fully co-exist and Riku Doldo III prepares for the Levels.
Out at sea, Donquijote Doflamingo wonders who will gain power over the entire world. Meanwhile, Pirate Jack prepares to attack the Marine convoy carrying Doflamingo.
Elsewhere, the Straw Hats are shocked to see Bartolomeo’s ship, Going Luffy-senpai. Bartolomeo shows them their updated rewards and wanted posters, although Sanji is only wanted alive.
The Straw Hat Grand Fleet party continues on Yonta Maria. Law is standing on the deck looking out to sea and Robin approaches him and asks what he’s going to do next. However, Law leaves and tells her to leave him alone.
On Dressros, CP0 agents Rob Lucci and Spandam receive a message from Kaku that all the underworld weapons left on Dressros have been stolen, most likely by the Revolutionary Army. Lucci then orders them to leave. Meanwhile, the citizens begin to celebrate the island’s new beginning as Viola and Gatz dance for them. Riku Doldo III and Viola then reveal the existence of the Dwarf King Gancho and Princess Mansherry and the citizens are excited to see them. Humans and dwarves begin to fully co-exist and intermingle, and Leo has the humans build statues of Luffy, Kyros, and Usopp. Doldo turns his attention to the upcoming Levels, and he and Viola prepare to meet Kyros and Rebecca to eat.
Out at sea, a convoy of four marine battleships sails through the storm, and Fujitora tells Sengoku while eating noodles that he’s on his way since he failed to capture Luffy and Law. Sengoku tells him to apologize to Sakazuki, who would swallow his pride, but Fujitora replies that he had his own pride that he couldn’t swallow. A handcuffed and imprisoned Donquijote Doflamingo in the hold tells Tsuru that Fujitora should have just cooperated with him and everything would have been fine. However, Tsuru tells him to accept his defeat, but questions what could come of it. Doflamingo says that 25 years after Gol D. Roger died, a power vacuum has been created as several groups will fight to take the throne and rule the world. Doflamingo wonders which of them will come out victorious and as he begins to shake the chains, he wonders when Family “D.” will fully manifest itself. Some marines rush in to quell Doflamingo’s activity, but Tsuru stops them when Doflamingo tells her to tell the World Nobles that they will be taken down. Lightning strikes one of the naval ships, and as the marines work to put it out, a pirate follows them nearby. Noting the strength of the marine convoy, the pirate tells his captain Jack that it will be impossible to take Doflamingo back. However, Jack is still determined to make the rescue.
Elsewhere, the Straw Hats are shocked to see Bartolomeo’s ship for the first time, Going Luffy-senpai. The entire ship pays homage to the Straw Hats as there is a huge statue of Luffy on the mast, a large replica of the Going Merry head on the center wall, a giant Chopper figure at the stern and they also have tangerine groves. like Nami. Franky praises the design and everyone at the Barto Club is dazzled to hear it. Bartolomeo points to their most important edition, the newly acquired carte vivre that Sabo gave Luffy. Some time ago on Yonta Maria, Luffy gave the pieces of the vivre card to Bellamy, who decided to go his own way, as well as to all the crews of the Grand Fleet as they departed. The Straw Hats tell Bartolome to sail to Zou as they are worried about their crew members on the Thousand Sunny since the last time they spoke the Sunny team was being chased by the Big Mom Pirates. Zoro then sees in the paper that their rewards have increased and Bartolomeo beckons them inside his ship to see their new wanted posters and tells Law that his reward is now Beli 500,000,000. Bartolomeo first points to the autographs currently present to him He gave the straw hats before showing his updated bounties and wanted posters to which every pirate has mixed reactions. Usopp’s poster now shows his true face and now has a Beli Bounty of 200,000,000, which angers Franky as he only has a Beli Bounty of 94,000,000. Sanji’s poster also now shows his true face. Bartolomeo reveals that the Straw Hats’ allies during the Battle of Dressros had their bounty increased by 50,000,000 Beli, and the Straw Hats notice something strange about Sanji’s bounty: they only want him alive. Meanwhile, Bill eats a lump of coal, causing his skin to turn red.
