Summary:
The Straw Hats find themselves in the middle of an infamous sea in the New World, known for its apparitions and outrageous weather. After surviving the night, the Straw Hats began enjoying a relatively calm but hot day at sea only to find all their food mysteriously disappearing right under their noses. Luffy is determined to catch the thief taking his food.
Surrounded by a fleet of naval battleships, the Straw Hats prepare to fight the overwhelming odds, but Nami points out that they were actually mirages. He informs them that they are in the Maubeugemour Sea, where dangerous weather phenomena are occurring, and the Straw Hats are in the middle of it. The Straw Hats have managed to face almost everything the sea throws at them, from giant raindrops that quickly turned into hail, to avalanche-sized snowfalls, and even the sea itself, breaking up in the gorge. After surviving the rough sea, the Straw Hats enjoy a peaceful but hot day at sea. Sanji prepared some food for the crew made from what was left of the giant fish that Luffy caught. However, Sanji sees that the food he cooked is gone, so he blames it on Luffy, Usopp, and Chopper. Chopper thought he must be haunting the sea until he heard a voice coming from the now empty soup pot. Suddenly, the food in the kitchen began to be eaten very quickly, leading to a hunt for what would eat their food. Having a bad feeling, Sanji checked the pantry and found that all of their food supplies were gone. After a brief skirmish on board, Luffy finds the person who was eating the food, and it turns out to be a miniature woman. Realizing there is no escape, she prepares to fight, growing to the size of a giant that terrifies half the crew. She tries to hit Luffy, but he blocks her weapon and uses his superiority to throw her into the sea, where Sanji saves her before she drowns.
She thanks them for saving her even though she ate their food and introduces herself as Lily Enstomach. She turns out to be a giant, but she ate a devil fruit that made her small. She tells them that she was trying to save her father, who was sent to Impel Down for stealing food from the World Government, and had secretly heard that the ships accompanying her father were passing through the Maubeugemour Sea. She explained that her father was Panz Fry, a giant cook in the New World who became famous for cooking on volcanoes and distributing stolen food to starving people. Luffy then decides to help her save her father because he wants to try her father’s cooking.
In another part of the New World, an entire fleet of neo-Marian ships is gathering, one of which houses Ain and Binz.
On the Neo Marines ship, Ain calls Shuzo and asks why he wasn’t there with the rest of the fleet. Shuzo tells Ain that he is going after Lily’s father to kill him so that he can replace her with Z in command. Back with the Straw Hats, they begin to see naval ships approaching them that have Lily’s father captured, so Luffy declares that he will fight the marines.
