Summary:

Nami barely escapes Kumadori and steals his key. Kaku uses his new body to split the Tower of Justice in half, which also results in Zoro and Sogeking being bound by Seastone Cuffs. Jabra insults Kaku about giraffes when he repeats that “giraffes are AWESOME!” Sanji tries to get the key from Kalifa, but fails as he keeps his promise to never kick a woman.

After Kaku uses his new body to split the Tower of Justice in half, Sogeking and Zoro realize that they have been chained together and must now face both Kaku and Jabra together, at a huge disadvantage. Jabra says Kaku should be ashamed and the pro doesn’t let his emotions control him as Kaku gets offended and Kaku tells Jabra that giraffes are awesome and he loves them and Jabra says “Fine. Whatever you say man.” When Chopper finds the two running from a wolf and a giraffe, he is told to look for key number 2, the key to unlocking their bonds.

Nami escapes Kumadori within an inch of her life when she loses her jacket and steals his key, through Chopper’s intervention when Chopper finds the two fighting in search of Key #2.

Sanji tries to get the key that Kalifa has from her, but he can’t bear the thought of hurting the woman. Attacks are exchanged, but each time Sanji only pulls back at the last second to avoid hurting Kalifa. Eventually, Kalifa takes it and uses his newfound powers on Sanji, rendering him powerless. As Nami and Chopper talk about how to get Zoro and Sogeking free, a deformed Sanji is thrown from the ceiling into their room.

As Nami scolds him for losing, Sanji tearfully explains that even if he died in the process, he would never set foot on a woman. Nami regrets letting Sanji exploit this weakness and vows to defeat Kalifa.

Weaknesses (Optional): Limited Character Development: The episode mostly specializes in Sanji’s struggle, imparting minimum improvement for different Straw Hats besides a short glimpse of Nami. Frustration with Sanji’s Vow: While Sanji’s chivalry is admirable, some visitors may find his refusal to fight returned irritating, especially considering the hazard he’s in. It showcases the energy of his convictions even as highlighting the potential dangers they pose in combat.
