Summary:
Kin’emon and Kikunojo visit Raizo and Shinobu, in critical condition due to dehydration caused by the Ryokugyu. Sukiyaki then reveals his identity to Momonosuke, Hiyori, and the other nine red scabbards, where he apologizes for hiding after Oden’s death. Meanwhile, Carrot meets Minky privately; Inuarashi and Nekomamushi decided to stay in the land of Wano to defend the shogun, so they entrusted the dukedom of Mokomo to Carrot. Although Carrot tried to turn down the role, the two reminded her that she has the same will as Pedro once did.
Robin reports his findings about Pluto to the Straw Hat Pirates. Despite knowing the weapon is in the ground, Luffy decides not to attempt to reveal the weapon. Momonosuke and Kin’emon try to meet them, only to find that all the Straw Hat Pirates have already left the castle. They meet Yamato, who vows to live in Oden’s footsteps.
The Straw Hat Pirates, Heart Pirates, and Kid Pirates are all preparing to leave the country via Tokage Port. After briefly debating their next direction, Kid presents Luffy with a poster. The poster reveals that Emperor Buggy has joined forces with Mihawk and Crocodile to form the Cross Guild, an organization that awards marine bounties and now puts marine soldiers under threat from civilian bounty hunters.
