Summary:
While the Straw Pirates and Heart Pirates continue to participate in the Flower Capital’s various festivities, Sukiyaki directs Robin and Law to a corridor leading underground. The passage leads deep into the sea and reveals an ancient lost civilization on the sea floor. The predecessor of the current country of Wano, the civilization was flooded by rainwater eight centuries before they built boundary walls around the land. Sukiyaki points Robin and Law to the Road Poneglyph at the bottom of the stairs and reveals that Pluton is even deeper underground, but the only way to reveal it would be to open the earth’s borders by destroying the physical boundary walls.
On the outskirts of the Flower Capital, the Nine Red Sheaths continue to fight the Ryokugyu, but are overwhelmed by his abilities.
