Summary:
The fight between the five Supernovas and the Imperial duo Kaido and Big Mom begins in earnest, with Luffy managing to withstand Kaidou’s Raimei Hakke punch and Zoro using the Foxfire style to cut Prometheus in half. After Zoro and Killer launch a combined attack against Kaidou, Luffy, Law, and Kid follow up with their own powerful simultaneous attacks to knock the Emperor down. Afterwards, Kaidou transforms back into his dragon form and takes to the air to face the Supernovas alongside Big Mom on Zeus.
Big Mom yells at Luffy for his statement, saying that he doesn’t know what it means to be a pirate king, as Kaidou gets up and realizes that Luffy’s attack actually hurt him. Zoro and Kid are surprised to see his punching job and Killer says they might actually have a fighting chance. However, Kaidou wonders what happened after defeating him back in Kuri, as he only knows a few people capable of fighting him. Just then, he sees the shadows of Oden, Whitebeard, Shanks, Roger, and Rock behind Luffy and smiles.
Luffy uses his Kenbunshoku Haki to anticipate Kaidou’s Raimei Hakke, but he moves too fast and Luffy still gets hit, though this time he is able to stand, much to Kaidou’s admiration. Big Mom tries to use Prometheus to attack Luffy, but Zoro ends up using Kin’emon’s Foxfire Style to split Prometheus in half, causing the homie immense pain. As Prometheus rebuilds, Zoro reminds Luffy that they are fighting two sea emperors, so they can’t afford to let their guards down. Before Kaido can hit Luffy again, Law uses Shambles to save him and bring him closer to him. Afterwards, Law yells at Luffy that he was already planning to use his powers to move the samurai below, but when Luffy told him to do it, it looked like he was following his orders, but Luffy replied that it didn’t matter. . Kid takes the opportunity to taunt Law, who calls him Luffy’s underling, which he vehemently denies, but calls them both losers, which annoys them both.
Big Mom has Prometheus fire three fireballs that she calls “Heavenly Bon-Bons”. As the fireballs approached, Luffy says that whoever reacts to the fireballs first is the loser. Law and Kid refuse to play this game, causing Luffy to call them losers. This causes the three of them to take fireballs to their heads and get hit, much to Zoro’s anger. Kaidou demands that Big Mom hold back while seeing their power as Zoro tells Killer to stay out of his way, calling him “Kamazo” as he recognized his laugh. Killer counters that if he had used his “Punishers” back then, he would have defeated Zoro, but he doesn’t believe him. The two attack Kaido, who praises them for their strength, though Zoro realizes that he needs to unleash more of Enma’s power.
Luffy, Law and Kid get up as Luffy goes into Gear Fourth, Kid creates a giant metal suit with Punk Rotten and Law prepares the Room. Kaidou laughs and calls all three monsters on his own as Luffy hits Kaidou with the Gomu Gomu no Kong Gun and Kaidou is crushed by the Kid’s Punk Vise and Law’s Tact drops several rocks on him.
After a short while, Kaidou emerges from the wreckage in his dragon form and joins Big Mom in the air on Zeus and Prometheus covering Napoleon. Kaidou tells the five pirates that it would be a shame to kill them all, but he has no choice. He and Big Mom also plan to take their crew, treasure, and Poneglyphs, and that whoever wins this battle will be one step closer to becoming the Pirate King.
