Summary:
In the Flower Capital, Kyoshiro, who reveals himself to be Denjiro, announces the return of the Nine Red Sheaths. In his human form, Momonosuke announces his victory at Onigashima and the defeat of Kaidou and the Kurozumi family. As his announcement is broadcast to the other regions of the country, Momonosuke declares his intention to abolish slavery and end the mass poverty caused by Orochi’s rule. The townspeople celebrate the return of the Kozuki family, and Momonosuke vows to follow in his father’s footsteps.
As she talks, Tama reminisces about her childhood. After the tragic death of her parents, Tama was left an orphan with Komachiyo. She was forced to sell hats to survive, often unsuccessfully and starving. She was adopted by Tenguyama, who told her about the prophecy of the return of the Kozuki family. Back in the present, Tama asks Speed to be her adoptive mother, to which he agrees.
