Summary:
The Straw Hats have now been marked as wanted criminals and Nami convinces the crew to leave. However, Luffy remains adamant and won’t leave until he visits the Upper Yard. Just as they are about to leave, Luffy asks Pagaya if they can take the rest of the food left at his house and he agrees. Luffy calls Sanji to come pack their lunches. Usopp then asks if he could take some materials that may be needed to repair the ship and Pagaya again agrees. The three go to Conis’ house while the rest of the crew go to the ship.
Conis then approaches the rest of the crew on the ship to tell them about a special cloud they could access that would quickly get them beyond the White Sea and get them to Cloud End faster. Nami is excited to hear the news and says they just have to get there in time before Luffy finds out. Conis then tells them to raise anchor and wait for the 3 who went to her house. While at the Conis house, Luffy notices that she wasn’t here and Pagaya tells them that she went to say hello to the rest of the crew.
After Conis leaves, Nami comments that she sees a ray of hope in their situation. Robin then asks if such a strange cloud existed and if so, wouldn’t it be unusual for Skypieans to live in the Blue Sea. However, Nami and Chopper disapprove and Chopper uses Heavy Point to raise their ship’s anchor. Conis returns to her house and there Luffy and Sanji return to their meal as Usopp stands up and looks towards the sea. The rest of the crew await the return of the 3 who went to Conis’ house when they felt the ship move. Usopp then notices something is up and alerts the other 2. They go outside and realize the ship has started to sail. Luffy comments on how cool it was that the ship was going backwards, but Usopp tells them to look closely and they can see a shadow under the ship pulling the ship with it.
Zoro wonders if they got into a special stream and Robin tells him that they didn’t. As they try to make sense of the situation, Pagaya tells them that what is pulling their ship is the Super-Express Speed Shrimp. Zoro tells the others to jump off the ship and he would think of something, but they were worried about what would happen to the ship if they left it. Zoro slashes the Speedy Shrimp and Robin tells him to stop because the others are coming for them. He says that this might just be the beginning and Zoro comments on Heaven’s Judgment saying that God is calling them.
Luffy, Usopp, and Sanji ask where the rest of the crew are being taken, and Pagaya says that the SuperExpress Speed Shrimp is a servant of God and they are most likely being taken to the sacrificial altar in the Upper Court. Sanji is very angry with God, and Pagaya further explains that the people who are to be sacrificed will receive one of two judgments of heaven. They are either victims or sufferers. He further explains that the people who are being judged are the three who are left behind. Pagaya describes to them how to get to the place of the sacrificial altar. Luffy then replies that all he has to do is defeat the priest and that it’s getting interesting.
