Summary:
While exploring the ruins, Robin comes into contact with Yama, the main Enforcer, who attacks her but is defeated. Later, Robin discovers the legendary city of Shandora.
Conis, Pagaya, and Aisa are aboard the Going Merry, and Pagaya hands Nami the refurbished Waver, which Nami has been testing, commenting that it is charged with energy. Pagaya asked what to do as some crew members were not on board so Pagaya and Conis could not get them out of Skypiea. Nami stated that she needed to take the ship to the rendezvous point and since the four of them were together, she wasn’t that concerned. Aisa then told her that there was no group larger than two in the Upper Yard or she would have known. Nami attributed the answer to Aisa’s Mantra ability.
Luffy is still trying to get out of the “cave” and is very hungry. He wondered if the rest of the survey crew had found their way to the City of Gold. Zoro decided to take a break and eat lunch when the Skypiean Southbird arrived. The bird was interested in Zoro’s food, and although he finishes his meal without offering anything to the bird, the bird continued to chase him. Enel, still in the game for survival, is determined to ensure that only five people remain in its estimated time of three hours.
Robin and Yama are engaged in battle. Robin, trying very hard to ensure that the relic remains intact in the ruins, uses Veinte Fleur: Calendula to protect it. However, Yama consciously wants to destroy them. Robin scolded Yama for knowingly destroying the ruins, which angered him even more. As a result, Robin decides to lead him out of the wreckage and can then counterattack. Once Robin is out of the wreckage, she informs Yama that she will fight him freely without any hindrance. Yama launched his Drop Mountain, which Robin countered with Treinta Fleur: Pound. Yama became enraged, then tried to attack with Mountain’s axe, but Robin turned the dials in and trapped him, so he launched an attack of his own. Robin continues to explore the ruins and discovers that there was a lower level underneath. As she went further, Robin discovered that the city of Shandra, believed to have been destroyed 800 years ago, still had some intact parts of it in the lower level hidden beneath the upper ruins. Alas, Robin found the City of Gold, Shandra, and moved on, only to find the Poneglyph. Robin then noted that all the science books had been eradicated, which also meant Shandra’s history.
Nami is still worried about the scout crew and wonders if they are okay. Zoro is still being watched by Skypiea Southbird and Luffy is still trapped in the “cave.” Robin then stated that the City of Gold, Shandra, had to fight to protect the Poneglyph and was destroyed. She then hinted that the Great Belfry between the four altars could tell the True History; it could be the Rio Poneglyph.
