Conis and the villagers look on in horror, but when the smoke clears, they realize that the Upper Yard is still standing. Realizing that Vearth is just that powerful, Gan Fall questions why they have been so blind for 400 years. Usopp tries to get everyone out of the way as a beanstalk appears to have fallen on them. Luffy gets close but Enel doesn’t care and uses Raigo. Luffy gets close and the waveguide breaks, but Luffy continues to jump towards Enel. The beanstalk eventually falls all the way to the ground and Luffy uses the golden orb with his Gomu Gomu Hanabi saying that Enel destroyed the weather once they got there.

Realizing that the golden orb on Luffy’s arm is a natural conductor, Enel tries to drop the thunder ball before Luffy can release it. The White Berets ask their leader to stop because it’s pointless, but he says they can’t even go back forward and starts praying. The rest of the villagers also pray, with Luffy continuing his fireworks in the sky, causing “cracks” to appear in the storm cloud. Nami and Enel are shocked when Luffy manages to clear the sky causing the sun to shine through as the villagers look on in shock.

Luffy’s arm is twisted when Enel uses a 200 million volt amara that turns into a giant electric monster and says he is God. Enel then sends out a blast that Luffy is still only a Paramecia type and can’t stop Logia. Luffy walks up the giant’s arm and kicks him in the face. Luffy dodges the trident, but it burns him instead, and the golden orb pulls him closer. Luffy breaks free and uses the golden orb and twisted arm to hit Enel and send him into the golden bell.
