Summary:
With Chopper once again away from Luffy’s crew, Luffy and Foxy face off in the final game: a brawl aboard Foxy’s ship.
Foxy gets Chopper as his prize for the second round of the Davy Back Fight. Nami negotiates with Foxy to allow Luffy to get both Chopper and Robin back if he wins the final round. Foxy increases the number of crew members claimed by the winner to 500. The battle location is set on Foxy’s ship, the Sexy Foxy.
Luffy enters Foxy’s closet to choose an outfit for the fight. Luffy decides to enter Sexy Foxy wearing an afro.
The fight begins. Foxy easily incapacitates Luffy with his Noro Noro Beam and then attacks him with a flurry of punches. When the effects of the Noro Noro Beam wear off, Luffy will experience the impact of all the blows at once.
When Luffy gets up, he finds Foxy on one of the many slow-motion, floating cannonballs. Luffy tries to step on them, but the cannonballs return to their normal speed and fire.
Then Foxy fires a series of bombs in the shape of his face. He then hits Luffy with spiked gloves. Soon the head-on bombs go off, alarming the Straw Hats
In the manga, Usopp’s “Afro Power” speech takes place in the locker room before Luffy dons the afro wig. In the anime, this happens when Usopp and Luffy go to fight.
