Summary:
At Marine HQ, a sailor reports to an officer that they can’t find “him” anywhere and that “he” has taken his bicycle, presumably to the open sea, much to the dismay of the Five Elders. At the same time, a tall figure whose face was obscured by the sun is seen holding a wanted poster of Luffy as he rides his bike across the sea, commenting on what seems to be a problem in the Monkey family.
On the Going Merry, the Straw Hat Pirates face a growing storm. Luffy is seen gliding along the deck on top of the barrel. Usopp and Zoro try to hold the main mast in place. Chopper is worried that it will burst, but Sanji eases his stress and says that Nami will get them out of it. Then they saw Silver Foxy, Porche and Hamburg in a lifeboat. A big wave is coming and their ship would be in danger if they got caught in it. Foxy tries to use the Devil Fruit’s powers, but it has no effect. Luffy, seeing their predicament, sent his rubber arm to grab them, but they crashed into the side of the Going Merry. Foxy’s lifeboat is destroyed.
In the kitchen, the three of them are sitting wrapped around thick blankets, and Foxy is saddened by how badly his life is going and believes he would be better off dead. Sanji tries to cheer them up with soup, only for Foxy to criticize his cooking. Porche goes to find Chopper to share the soup with. When Chopper hears her voice, he freezes and uses his powers to change the corner point.
The next day, Usopp, Luffy and Hamburg are fishing. Foxy goes on deck looking for food. Accidentally mistake Nami’s orange hair for an orange and she will defeat him. Hamburg notices Sexy Foxy and informs Foxy. Foxy, Hamburg and Porche scream at the top of their lungs to signal the ship. Both ships dock next to each other. Robin informs Chopper, who is hiding in a barrel, that they are leaving. Chopper was relieved Porche was gone.
Aboard the Silver Foxy, the entire population of the ship can be seen crying. Then the captain of the Fang Frog Pirates, Kibagaeru, appears and informs them that he owns the ship and everything on board. Foxy leaves in disbelief, but Kiba challenges him to a Davy Back Fight. Foxy accepts his challenge without hesitation. Luffy tells the crew to watch.
Foxy then fires a Slow Slow Beam, but it is deflected back at him by the swords shield. The Straw Hats are completely surprised by the event. Kiba’s men go on the attack and attack Foxy, throwing a volley of punches at him. Hamburg uses his club and breaks through. Kiba then grabs Porche and holds a knife to her throat, threatening to cut her throat if Hamburg doesn’t give up his weapon. Hamburg will drop it and the effects of the slow slow beam will wear off and the flurry of punches will make Foxy fall. Hamburg falls even after a beating. Kiba laughs and points out that Foxy is a weakling, but Luffy protests and says he cheated. Kiba stated that he challenged him, but Kiba did not accept. Foxy uses his trick to fool the crew, but they catch on to his ruse and fire a cannon at him.
On the Going Merry, Chopper and Robin are seen playing a board game. Chopper wondered if he should go take a look, but Robin warned him that Porche was chasing him again. Realizing this, Chopper nervously rolls the die and moves a pawn. Robin laughs.
The smoke rises and Foxy lies on the ground in agony. Members of Foxy’s loyal crew look on in disbelief. One tries to save him but is whipped by Kiba. Foxy stands up and asks Kiba to back off, saying that Kiba is a bully controlling strong thugs. Kiba whips him again and Luffy rushes to his side. Foxy gives him the afro that Luffy used in the boxing match against him. Luffy takes off his straw hat and puts on an afro. Luffy prepares for a showdown, but Kiba refuses to fight a pirate worth 100,000,000 Beli.
