Summary:
While Nico Robin is bragging to Spandam, he accidentally makes a Buster Call. The Marines and agents begin to evacuate, leaving the leaders of the Galley-La Company and the Franky family tied up. Meanwhile, the rematch between Monkey D. Luffy and Rob Lucci finally begins.
After Kumadori’s defeat, Chopper in his Monster form goes berserk and knocks Franky down. In the tunnel, Spandam gloats to Robin that once they cross the Gates of Justice, Robin’s hopes will be dashed. Luffy calls out to Robin and forces Spandam to take Robin the rest of the way. Luffy then confronts Lucci in the warehouse.
In the warehouse, Lucci admires Captain Straw Hat’s skills, and Luffy couldn’t do it without his friends.
Meanwhile, Chopper climbs the tower while Zoro is still tied to Usopp at a disadvantage against Kaku and Jabra. In the Caliph’s bathroom, Nami’s legs have been softened, making her weak. CP9 Nami reminds that she could sacrifice herself for beauty. However, Nami hopes to turn the fight around. Franky wakes up to chase after Chopper.
Kashii and Oimo continue to hold the line, accusing them of lying to them. In their efforts, Kashii is scattered by cannons and shot down by marines. Galley-La workers soon find themselves surrounded by marines. Up the long staircase, Spandam pulls out a transponder slug that tries to summon CP9, but Robin sees that it’s the Golden Transponder Slug, the very one that wiped out Ohara. Then the marines think that Aokiji activated the signal and that it would take them 30 minutes to arrive.
Spandam reminds Robin that to make sure she is turned over to the government, he activated the Buster Call because he is willing to make sacrifices in the name of justice. Robin tells his captor about what happened years ago in Ohara. With Pluto’s plans burned, he only has Robin. Spandam discovers that his Snail transponder is still operational. He tries to impersonate Luffy, but Robin gives the order to evacuate before Spandam disconnects. Meanwhile, fellow CP9 agents Lucci, Kaku, Kalifa and Jabra make sure to get things done quickly. The Marines and agents begin to evacuate, leaving the Galley La workers and Franky Family members behind and tied up.
As time passes, Zoro intends to remember using Usopp as the Nose Storm sword. Luffy and Lucci begin their fight with the agent’s head thrown off. The two begin trading blows with neither seeming to break through. With the warehouse broken, Luffy tries to fight his way through as he calls out to save his friend.
