Summary:

Luffy becomes enraged after learning that Magellan defeated Emporio Ivankov and Inazuma, but Mr. 2 and Jinbe convince him that escaping takes precedence. Magellan begins a plan to move the naval ships away from Impel Down and imprison the refugees in a prison. Pan 3 blocks Magellan’s poison with his wax, which gives Luffy the idea to coat his fists and legs with wax so he can hit Magellan without being poisoned. Jinbe finds a way to get to the ships by hanging Buggy, Crocodile and Mr. 1 and creates a sea current that launches it onto the battleship.

Magellan reaches level 2 and Luffy returns to avenge the fallen Inazuma and Ivankov. He is stopped by Bentham, who reminds him of what happened last time when he tried to fight the head guard. Magellan sends the Hydra on the refugees. Just before Luffy is poisoned a second time, Galdino appears and uses the Candle Wall to block the attack. Crocodile comments Pan 3 is not so useless after all. Jinbe overhears a conversation between Magellan and some guards. Bentham and Daz Bonez team up and take down the guards with ease. Meanwhile, Luffy and Galdino team up with some escapees who shoot Magellan. Even though the bullets just go through him (although it’s not Logia, but Paramecia), Magellan is injured. Galdino places wax armor around Luffy’s arms and legs so he can finally attack Magellan. The two get into a battle between poison and wax.

At Level 1, Buggy takes the rioting prisoners out, only to see the plan fail right before their eyes. Jinbe appears and explains to the prisoners that the warships are not too far away. He takes the door and throws it into the water. Daz Bonez, Crocodile, and Buggy jump onto the platform they made and let Jinbe chase them towards the warships. After being attacked by ships, Buggy thought Jinbe was a traitor. Jinbe blows up the ships with Fish-Man Jujutsu and all three land on one warship. Ready to fight, they attack their opponents. Back at Level 2, Luffy and Magellan’s fists clash and Magellan asks Luffy if he remembers what happened in the last battle (Magellan beat Luffy’s last battle), Luffy says he doesn’t. The episode ends with Magellan saying “Then I won’t let you forget”.
In the scene where Buggy and the rest of the prisoners arrive at the front gate of Impel Down, as the camera pans to the other talking prisoners, some of the prisoners in the background (behind the front row in the foreground) appear to be semi-transparent. or “ghosted” because the walls behind them are partially visible through them.
In the scene where Jinbe informs Daz Bonez and Bentham of the Marines’ plans, Daz Bonez appears without his chest tattoo.
When the refugees cross the main door, they see no ships. During this scene, the waves near the Impel are down, even though the belt is calm.
As Jinbe takes Crocodile, Daz Bonez, and Buggy to the naval ships, right before the animation frame where the first cannons are shown firing at them, Jinbe speaks some dialogue, but his mouth doesn’t move.
