Summary:
In a desperate attempt to stop Whitebeard from advancing to the execution platform, the Marines activate the walls to block Whitebeard’s path, but are stopped by ice. Realizing his mistake in stabbing Whitebeard, Squard bursts into tears, but Marco calms him down. Meanwhile, Luffy and his allies rush to the execution platform and the marines attack them to no avail. Whitebeard confronts John the Giant and defeats him with a punch to the chest. Luffy uses his arms to reach Ace, but the marines activate the walls and stop Luffy. However, it was unable to move Little Oars Jr.’s body. Akainu uses his Meteor Volcano attack to melt the ice in an attempt to stop the Whitebeard Pirates from reaching Ace, much to Luffy’s dismay.
Whitebeard enters the battlefield, which boosts the morale of his pirates and causes them to make way for him. The marines fire cannonballs at him, but he uses his powers to deflect them and destroy the cannons. The Marines try to activate the surrounding walls, but the ice prevents them from fully raising. Luffy makes his way through and is followed by Jinbe and Emporio Ivankov, who is soon to notice the retreat of the marines, which Jinbe is also wary of, but they agree that there is no turning back as Whitebeard is on the battlefield.
Enraged by the delay of the walls forcing Vice Admiral John Giant to try and buy some time, Sengoku quickly breaks through several pirates and attacks Whitebeard, who easily blocks his attack and unleashes a massive earthquake that drastically changes the balance. the sea and Marineford much to the amusement of Donquixote Doflamingo. As Luffy is about to fall into the abyss, Jinbe pulls him out. Koby and Helmeppo soon notice that much of the square is destroyed. Stunned, John the Giant decides to fight in the name of Absolute Justice and is easily defeated by one of Whitebeard’s blows, which breaks through the ice and bay, and is about to reach the scaffolding, but the three admirals block the shock. wave Haki and soon they are blaming each other for the delay on the walls.
Commander Jozu orders his men to attack and take advantage of the opportunity presented by Whitebeard, who has thrown the Marines off balance. Sengoku orders all power to be put into the walls. Luffy is shocked by this event.
