Summary:

After the death of Fisher Tiger, enraged, Arlong betrays his last wishes and decides to attack and kill the villagers in Koala Village for selling him out, he is easily defeated in the attempt by Vice Admiral Borsalino and taken to naval custody for questioning, where Arlong lies to the marines about Tiger’s death, which Jinbe later notes in order to preserve his honor as a fisherman.

Jinbe agrees with Aladdin and says that now they have to go ahead and prepare for battle, saying that they won’t kill anyone. At Marineford, Strawberry tells Borsalin about how dangerous Jinbe is.

At the palace, Neptune and Otohime read a letter from Jinbe about the truth about Tiger and how they support Otohime’s cause. Otohime gains more confidence and tries to gain more peace with humans and merfolk. He continues to get more signatures, but the citizens are even more distrustful of people because of the news about Tiger and how they can’t trust people because of it. After the day, Shirahoshi aged 4 and the princes comfort her from her long day. Jinbe goes on to state how she continued to save people and teach children about the outside world and continued to get more signatures. One day, a citizen asks how many signatures Otohime has. Otohime states that there are 5 million people on the island and she only has 1000 signatures, but she still has a long way to go. They take all the signatures and the minister of the right can only feel sorry for the queen. At the palace, Otohime returns and cries to herself as a depressed Neptune listens. One day, Jinbe receives a message from the world government about becoming a Shichibukai. Macro states that because his reward is now 250 million and they fear him. Jinbe actually decides to take them up on this offer. Jinbe decides to have Arlong released from Impel Down and the entire crew rejoices that he is back. Arlong decides to leave as Jinbe is now a dog of the government and takes his Arlong Pirates to do whatever he wants and if Jinbe wants to stop him he will have to kill him and screams that he will become the wrath of the Fish-Men. . Jinbe, finally losing his temper with Arlong, brutally beats him half to death with his fists, but because of everything they’ve been together, he can’t bring himself to kill him and lets him go. Aladine assures him that if Arlong decides to do something fun, they’ll be there to stop him, while Jinbe shows his frustration at how Arlong doesn’t understand the tigers’ wishes. The episode ends with Arlong and Macros’ crew leaving the Sun Pirates.
