The Straw Hat Pirates reach the top of the mountain and the domed building. The soil beneath them disintegrates and they remain in the underground area. Luffy notices a piece of the collapsed ceiling that has a Sennenryu painting on it. At first, Apis believes that the Dragon’s Nest was located on this island, but upon further inspection of the ceiling paintings, Nami deduces that the Dragon’s Nest was located back on Warship Island, but sank into the sea. They are convinced that the island was actually the royal court mentioned in the Bokuden story.

Apis asks Ryu where the Dragon Nest was. After watching a flock of birds flying in the building, Ryu finally remembers that the Dragon’s Nest was indeed located east of the summit on the island of warships.

Eric appears. It turns out he was listening to the straw pirates’ conversation and now knows where the Dragon’s Nest is. Luffy attempts to break out of the building and successfully punches a hole in the wall. However, Eric jumps into a building and fights Zoro while the rest of the Straw Hat Pirates escape, along with Ryu and Apis, riding Ryu’s cart.

After fighting Zoro, Eric flees the building to chase after Ryu. Zoro chases Eric.

Eric tries to jump off the building onto a cart, but is hit in the legs by a stick thrown by Zoro. Eric finally agrees to battle Zoro. Meanwhile, the trolley finally lands near the Going Merry. Luffy reaches out and grabs Zoro and pulls him towards the ship. They sail away as Eric vows not to let the Straw Hat Pirates get away.

The Going Merry emerges from the invisible barrier, much to the marines’ surprise. Eric boards a Marine ship and Lt. Hardy commands the fleet to chase the Going Merry.

The Straw Hat Pirates continue sailing towards Battleship Island, only to be captured by Nelson Royale and his fleet.
