Summary:

At the lake, Luffy’s group was attacked by Brownbeard and his centaur unit, tasked with capturing and eliminating any apparent intruders.

At the lab, Chopper fights dangerous soldiers who have been trying to get into him, Nami, and the kids. Sanji and Franky continue to fight their dangerous soldiers and discover that they look like sheep. Meanwhile, outside the lab, Brook is seen fighting Torso with a sword, and after trying to talk to him, he gives up and runs away from him.

With Marines G-5 and Smoker, the group makes their way to the island and discovers a hidden river, which they quickly enter, unaware that they are monitoring the river. In the hazmat lab, a soldier warns “the master” that the marines have almost reached the port. The master says he doesn’t want to reveal himself to them, but his accomplice says he’ll greet them instead. The Marines G-5 finally reach shore and after Smoker rings the doorbell, the Marines decide to open the door. This was interrupted when the door suddenly opened and the former supernova, Trafalgar Law, stepped out. His sudden appearance scares all the marines except Smoker and Tashigi. Tashigi claims that she is now part of the Shichibukai after Law gave the World Government 100 Pirate Hearts in exchange for the position. Smoker then demands to know why Law is even on the island since no one is allowed on the island, to which Law calmly replies that Smoker and the Marines aren’t allowed on the island either.

The G-5 ship is slowly advancing and all the crew are wearing gas masks to protect themselves from the poison gas. Smoker then notices something and Tashigi orders the people with the cannon to fire in the direction he pointed. The ice shatters and crumbles after the shooting, only to reveal a river. The crew are stunned and four of them question how he noticed this in such a casual manner, causing Smoker to punch them and reply that the ocean currents are a gift and that they need to be more careful as well as control their own behavior. . Tashigi comments that this is strange, and Smoker agrees, saying that the important point is not that the river exists, but rather that the river is hidden, leading to the question of whether the ice that blocked the mouth of the river was natural or man-made. . A wall of ice forms and the marines start firing at it because if they collided the warship would sink.

Luffy notes that the group on the other side is made up of centaurs and wonders if they will join his crew when he asks. Robin says that they must be colleagues of the man whose distress signal they picked up, to which Usopp agrees. Usopp wants to clear the air and yells at the other group that they are here to help and asks to speak to them. However, Brownbeard, the alligator centaur, replies that Usopp is lying through his teeth about the samurai in his ship and therefore they are intruders. Usopp realizes that Brownbeard is talking about Zoro and tries to explain. However, he angers Zoro, so they start arguing. The centaur comments that they are arguing, and Brownbeard thinks it’s some kind of trick, saying it’s pathetic and gives an order, causing one of the centaurs to shoot at the ship.

Chopper encourages the kids to run and Nami notes that he’s really excited. Chopper explains that he was entrusted with this important mission by Sanji, so he can definitely handle it. Hazmat troopers appear, but Chopper knocks them all out. Nami wonders where they should go, and Chopper replies that she has to figure it out herself. As one of the kids struggles, Nami reassures her, saying that they’ve been through a lot of similar situations before, so she should relax and follow their lead. The child then smiles and they start running again.

Inside the Biscuit Room, Franky attacks the hazmat soldiers with guns to the left. A soldier notices that he has weapons all over his body and another deduces that Franky is the one who broke down the door. The soldiers prepare to fill the gas canisters as the children are now gone. However, before they can detonate it, Sanji kicks off their masks and invites them to inhale the poison gas with them. With no gas mask and damaged air tanks, the soldier sheepishly screams at others not to use gas. Sanji in turn stares at him in awe of his unnatural appearance. After separation, the head still seems to be aware of his torso’s movements. The severed head starts talking about the events his torso is experiencing, confusing Franky who doesn’t know who he is referring to.

Brook fends off sword attacks to the torso, questioning his identity and the whereabouts of the rest of his body. However, Torzo remains silent, which scares Brook.

Marines are working hard to break up the ice to prevent a collision. The smoker comments that they will soon reach the end, and the others wonder what lies ahead.

Brook questions if the hull is a ghost and that if it is, it shouldn’t come out during the day. He says he did nothing wrong and invites the torso to build snowmen and ice sculptures with him. However, the trunk stabs his sword into Brook’s hair. Brook hides behind a pile of ice and is amazed at how the torso can attack with such precision that he doesn’t even have eyes before realizing that he himself is also without them. Torzo launches a series of attacks that Brook counters. Brook charges Aubade with a Coup Droit, but Torso dodges it and draws another sword from its sheath. Brook sees him using the dual sword style and starts to run away from him, yelling that it’s scary.

A soldier appears in the lab and greets his Master, reporting that the G-5 ship is approaching because the poison gas didn’t work, and they are currently breaking through the ice with a cannon and making their way to the island. At this rate, he states that he will arrive at the lab soon. The “Master” wonders why the marines wanted to get to the island so badly and asks who is responsible. After knowing it’s Smoker, the Master comments that his neck hurts. He orders the soldier to hide any ships moored ahead and to avoid detection at all costs, as no one is allowed on the island. On the subject of who will deal with the marines, a person standing by the door and hidden in the shadows personally volunteers to do so.

The G-5 docks and Smoker drops his gas mask. After a while, Tashigi follows and realizes that the air is indeed clean. The rest of the crew confirms it for themselves and asks about the existence of the gas earlier. The smoker replies that it’s probably being issued by someone who doesn’t welcome their arrival. When he went to the former laboratory of Dr. Vegapunka, Smoker notes that it should be deserted and empty. When testing the doorbell, it keeps ringing, leading the crew to wonder who currently lives there. The Marines begin knocking and kicking at the door, yelling at the resident to open up. Before the cannon can be used, the door opens and someone comes out, greeting Smoker and asking him what brought him to his vacation home. Tashigi introduces him to everyone and says that he is Law, now one of the Shichibukai. His name is well-known as the crew is frightened, retreating far from him, remembering the day Law delivered the hearts of a hundred pirates to headquarters to gain his current status.

Smoker then asks Trafalgar why he is here since no one is allowed on the island, to which he calmly replies that the marines shouldn’t be here either.
