Summary:
Bartolomeo searches for Luffy while they come across the infirmary with the losers from Block C. Inside the Coliseum, Sai is being treated along with all the other injured fighters, never knowing that Sai was secretly thrown into an underground chamber where they all dropped out of the tournament and were throwing themselves “sick ” toys. Everyone there has no idea what Doflamingo is planning to do to them.
At the Corrida Colosseum, the crowd accuses Rebecca of running and avoiding the fight, while Rolling Logan chases after her, knocking out other contestants in the process. Rebecca fights Rolling Logan while he tries to break her bones. He ends up grabbing her and starts squeezing her until Acilia shows up to save her and Rebecca manages to overpower Logan and get him out of the ring. Acilia then teams up with Rebecca to secure a chance to make it to the finals.
Meanwhile, Luffy tries to get a better view of the screen while discussing the dark nature of Dressrosa with the gladiator prisoners when he suddenly runs into Bartolomeo.
Bartolomeo continues his quest to find Luffy while imagining meeting the other Straw Hats. Noticing all the other fighters from the previous blocks nowhere to be found, he stumbles upon an infirmary with various losers in Block C. He taunts them briefly before leaving. Meanwhile, Sai demands to know why his grandfather hasn’t left the doctor’s office yet. The guards state that he left through another room, which Sai accepts and apologizes profusely for it. It’s his turn to be treated, but once he’s on the examination table, the guards open a trapdoor below him and let him into a dark, vast underground chamber. As Sai’s eyes adjust to the darkness, he sees that everyone else who lost in the tournament, along with the countless broken toys, were also dumped there. While the former contestants wondered what was going on, Chinjao vows to hold a grudge against Doflamingo for his actions until his grandson’s generation.
At the stadium, Rebecca is confronted by Rolling Logan as the crowd cheers for Logan to crush her. Logan begins his attack, but Rebecca begins to run away while Logan mows down the other competitors. He ends up being possessed by Rebecca as the audience cheers for Logan to kill her, but is saved at the last minute by Acilia. The duo fight Logan and Rebecca eventually causes him to fall out of the ring.
Outside the prison cells, Luffy continues to root for Rebecca, but is starting to have trouble following her. He gets up to get a better look, while expressing his concerns about Dressros, stating that he can’t help but wonder if something is going on in that land. The prisoner-gladiators agree, stating that because of Doflamingo’s rule, he has hidden the island’s true, ugly nature from its inhabitants, and that losers like them are treated like living garbage and hidden away. Luffy immediately draws a parallel in his head to the Gray Terminal of his hometown, Goa Kingdom. The gladiators warn him to be careful as they leave. As he turns a corner into a crowded area, he is spotted by Bartolomeo, who screams and cries in admiration when he finds him.
