Summary:

Koala, Sabo, Rebecca and Bartolomeo go down to the trading port where Sabo finally reveals himself. They explain that the Revolutionary Army is there to stop the distribution of weapons to warring countries, but many of the revolutionaries who were sent to Dressrosa have been turned into toys. At the royal palace, Kyros takes down Buffalo and Baby 5, and as Luffy is about to unlock Law’s Seastone handcuffs, Doflamingo reveals that he is alive. Left with no choice, he uses the birdcage to Law’s horror.

In the arena, Sabo and Rebecca fall into a pit and a Koala arrives next to them.

Once turned into toys, the slaves pledge their allegiance to Usopp and swear to destroy the factory. After falling from the coliseum, Jesus Burgess is upset that Sabo ate the fruit meant for his crew, and Diamante worries about losing the fruit. As the two grumble, they are confronted by the freed toys from the basement, full of hatred for the Donquixote pirates.

Meanwhile, Koala, Sabo and Rebecca regroup with Hack. Some distance away, but still in the harbor, Bartolomeo is upset that Sabo didn’t save him, even though he could have easily saved himself. Sabo disguised himself and introduced himself, Koala and Hack as members of the revolutionary army. He also revealed Lucy’s identity to Luffy to Rebecca and told her that the pirate was his younger brother. Sabo then explains that Dressrosa is supporting wars all over the world and he came to Dressrosa to stop it.

Sabo, Koala, and Hack meet up with Robin, who is revealed to be familiar with all three of them. Robin introduces them to Usopp, whose beaten face scares them. Meanwhile, Kin’emon hurries out of the palace and uses his Doflamingo disguise to get through the crowd. He narrowly avoids being killed, at which point Wicca realizes they were play slaves and rejoices that their plan worked, letting Kin’emon transform back into himself so he wouldn’t be killed.

On the King’s Plateau, in front of the castle tower, Zoro searches for Pico to no avail.

At the palace, Kyros easily defeats Doflamingo’s soldiers, including Buffalo. Luffy and Viola rush to save Law, but Law warns him that their alliance is over and that they are now enemies, and if Luffy lets him go, he can kill Luffy. Gladius rushes in but sees that Doflamingo has been decapitated and is horrified. Kyros removes Riku’s chains while Luffy tries to untie Law despite his warnings. A sudden shockwave knocks them to the floor as Pica emerges next to Doflamingo holding the Shichibukai’s head. Doflamingo, who is still alive, warns that the situation is now serious and that he will have to implement a plan called the ‘Birdcage’, much to Law’s shock.
