Summary:
10 days ago, the Curly Hat Pirates discovered the incapacitated minks, and Caesar Clown was tasked with disarming the gas weapon he had created, Koro, while Sanji went to rescue Nami, Brook, and Momonosuke from Sheepshead. After the Beasts pirates were finally driven from Zou, the Straw Hats returned to Kurau City and interacted with the sentient minks. Chopper and Caesar then prepared and administered the antidote to the poisoning, saving the mink tribe.

At Duke Inuarashi’s sanatorium, Chopper continues to tell his crew about the arrival of the Curly Hat Pirates on Zou 10 days ago, saying that he, Sanji, and Caesar Clown left Kurau City to get away from the gas. They gathered in a nearby forest and Caesar giggled happily that his Koro gas weapon had been successful. Chopper and Sanji were shocked and angry that Caesar created the gas used to neutralize the minks, though Caesar denied any responsibility for the minks’ situation, causing Chopper to beat him up. Caesar also mentioned that minks probably have less than 48 hours to live after exposure, which angered Chopper and Sanji even more. Suddenly, Zunesha raised her trunk and splashed water on Zo, causing a flood that swept away Chopper and Caesar. Sanji used Sky Walk to travel across the flood, picking up Chopper and kicking Caesar into a nearby tree branch, which he and Chopper also landed on. Caesar was angry with Sanji, but suddenly they heard Nami screaming and Sanji ordered Caesar to neutralize Koro while he saved Nami and the others, convincing the scientist to do so by threatening to break his heart. Sanji flew over to Nami, Brook, and Momonosuke, who were attacked by Sheepshead. However, Tristan ran up to them and told Wanda that she had been saved by the Curly Hat Pirates, and Pedro then arrived, confirming Tristan’s statement and extinguishing the explosive’s fuse. Wanda felt emotional when she heard they had helpers and Pedro showed her that the gas had been removed. Chopper and Caesar then arrived with medical supplies, the former determined to heal all the minks in the short time they had left.
