Summary:
Nami is sick, but the crew doesn’t have a doctor to help her. She collapses on the deck and the others worry for her health as Vivi explains the seriousness of her condition. Meanwhile, Mr. 2 is sent to Little Garden to clean up the mess after Mr. 3 and the others.
After the Island Eater is killed by Hakoku, both giants’ weapons break and they try to remember why they were dueling about 100 years ago until their battle signal is activated. They turned out to be the captains of a crew of giants who fought anyone who stood up to them. After they each killed one sea king, the little girl asked which one was bigger. This caused them both to head to the Little Garden and compare sizes and stay on the island fighting to decide which one was bigger from then on. Back at the Going Merry, Usopp starts talking about how he’d like to go to Elbaf someday and Luffy agrees, so they dance to the song until they almost fall overboard. Meanwhile, Nami begins to feel tired and asks Vivi to follow the Eternal Pose leading to the Arabasta Kingdom for her. Vivi then remembers how she must not die if she wants to save her kingdom. Sanji comes out of the kitchen and tells Vivi not to push herself too hard since she has him, then offers Vivi and Nami some appetizers and asks for a drink of their choice. Luffy, Usopp and Karoo kiss and Sanji (in a crazy way) tells them that theirs are in the kitchen. Zoro is seen in the back of the Merry doing half ton weights and telling himself that he is weak because he couldn’t save everyone from the Tokudai Candle Service Set.
An alarm goes off on Sandy Island to let Mr. 2 Bon Kurei know that his crew is ready to depart. Back at Merry, Nami’s condition takes a turn for the worse when she suddenly passes out after telling Vivi she’s going to bed. After talking to Vivi, Sanji, Karoo, Usopp, and Luffy, Nami gets out of the room and pretends that her condition is fine. Nami asks Zoro why he didn’t follow Poza and inform her of the course change. He predicts that if they keep going straight, an atypical wind will get in their way. Zoro orders the crew to change course and the pirates save themselves from the cyclone. While it’s snowing, Nami is in bed and Vivi takes care of her while Sanji and Karoo freak out. Zoro sees a man standing in the sea and lets Luffy and Usopp know.
