Summary:
Big Mom continues her murderous rampage through Sweet City, still looking for croquembouche. Her 16th son Charlotte Moscato tries to stop her, but she kills him in a blind rage. However, before she gets to the castle, Jinbe runs up with a bunch of croquembouche tourists and feeds her, filling her up. With Big Mom in high spirits, Jinbe formally asks to leave her crew. Big Mom takes Jinbe to her castle to discuss Jinbe’s request, and as they go, Jinbe remembers his past experiences with Luffy and how they made him want to join the Straw Hat Pirates.
Meanwhile, the Sanji Retrieval Team sails into the Mixed Juice Current, where the sea is made up of multiple juices. The team is attacked by fruit fish that resemble giant fruits, but Luffy kills several of them and the team feasts on their fruits.
Big Mom continues her mindless Sweet City rampage in search of croquembouche. They eat several buildings and even some live food, but there is no croquembouche in sight. The ministers are desperate to make some croquembouche as quickly as possible, but the chefs tell them it will take at least another half hour to make them properly. In Sweet City, a little girl finds herself trapped by a rampaging Big Mom with nowhere to run, but is suddenly rescued by Charlotte Moscato, Big Mom’s 16th son and the Minister of Gelato of Totto Land. Moscato confronts his mother, trying to stop her and assure her that the croquembouche is coming. However, she only reacts by attacking him with explosive punches. Three of his siblings try to get him away from Big Mom’s wrath, but to no avail as Big Mom angrily demands Moscato either have a treat or his life. Moscat’s fear of his mother begins to grow, causing a spectral substance to emerge from his body. His siblings warn him not to show fear in front of Big Mom, but Moscato eventually runs away from her. Big Mom then grabs the spectral substance and pulls it out of Moscato, removing 40 years of his life.
With Moscato dead, Sweet City returns to a state of panic, ministers panic, and Big Mom approaches the castle. However, Jinbe is seen approaching Sweet City on the back of a whale shark and has a bunch of live croquembouche tourists next to him. Jinbe confronts Big Mom, and when she tries to attack him, he lunges at her head on her outstretched arm and throws a live croquembouche into her mouth. Big Mom eats the croquembouche and begins to return to normal, delightfully praising the delicious taste of the croquembouche for making them eat well. Big Mom recovers, but has no memory of her actions during the rampage; she has a polite chat with Jinb and thanks him for giving her the Poneglyph he found earlier. However, Jinbe then expresses a desire to make a request to Big Mom, and her face darkens as she asks if he will leave her crew.
Meanwhile, as the Sanji Retrieval Team sails past Biscuits Island, they enter the pink ocean. Pedro reveals to his excited teammates that they are in the Mixed Juice Current, a place where multiple juices flow and mix together. He warns that this place contains several dangers, and the team notices several giant pieces of fruit floating in the water. Luffy gets hungry and pulls a giant watermelon into the Thousand Sunny, but Pedro reveals that it is a fruit football fish. The watermelon then opens its eyes and mouth as it swallows Luffy, much to the team’s shock. However, Luffy fights his way out of him, killing him and slicing his watermelon body into giant slices. The team does the same with the peach and orange fish and they feast on a huge amount of fruit except for Nami who is sick of the sight.
Back on Whole Cake Island, Big Mom takes Jinbe to her castle to discuss his request. As he walks with her, Jinbe knows that he is destined to go in this direction ever since he met Luffy. He remembers the first time he met Luffy in Impel Down and begged the Straw Hat to bring him out so he could help save Ace. When Ace was killed at Marineford, Jinbe was forced to help Luffy escape the island, and when Luffy despaired over his inability to save his brother, Jinbe reminded him of what he still had to fight for. Two years later on Fish-Man Island, Jinbe saved Luffy’s life by giving him a blood transfusion, and although he accepted Luffy’s offer to join the Straw Hat Pirates, he declined due to having a job he still needed take care of . However, he promised to see Luffy again.
Sweet City’s big mom line is getting longer.
Tamago’s associate contacts the chef a second time.
Moscato saves a little girl from being trampled.
Before trying to stop Big Mom, Moscato contacts Tamago to see how long it will take to finish the sweets Big Mom wants.
The anime shows Tamago’s reaction after hearing about Moscato’s condition.
While Jinbe delivers the sweets that Big Mom wants, Big Mom tries to punch Jinbe.

After Big Mom’s rage ends, Tamago contacts someone to summon all the ministers to restore the capital as quickly as possible.
While talking to Jinbe, Big Mom looks around Sweet City, oblivious to what caused all the damage.
The Sanji Retrieval Team swims through the Mixed Juice Current and encounters a creature known as the Fruit Footballfish.
As Jinbe follows Big Mom back to her castle, she reminisces about her time with Luffy from their first meeting in Impel Down to the promise he made in Fi.
