Summary:

Sanji and Judge continue to fight, and Sanji is overpowered by the Judge’s high-tech weapons. The judge then sacrifices one of his soldiers to jump on Sanji and defeat him. Reiju tends to Sanji’s injuries, and Judge places explosive handcuffs on his son, forcing him to undergo a wedding with his cooking ability on the line.

Meanwhile, Luffy continues racing in the Seductive Forests and is attacked by the forest’s anthropomorphic flora. He beats them all up, but suddenly finds his teammates plus Sanji and Pudding standing nearby. He pursues them, but none of them speak or acknowledge. Meanwhile, Brook and Pedro arrive in Sweet City and see newspapers being distributed that have a picture of Jinbe on the front page.

Sanji reaffirms his intention to use his hands only for cooking and not for fighting. Reiju praises his brother’s strength while the judge scoffs, saying that Sanji providing cooking services is embarrassing. Judge then activates the rocket boosters on his boots and flies up, flipping over to look down at his son. The Germa 66 soldiers look on in awe at their commander’s display of power, but Sanji says that his specialty is aerial attacks as he activates Diable Jambe. The judge prepares his spear to strike as he flies down, but Sanji blocks it with a Diable Jambe kick. However, Judge grabs Sanji’s flaming leg and throws him to the ground. He hovers over his downed son and says that the war has advanced to a science as he kicks Sanji in the chin with a foot charged with electricity that he boosts with his rocket boosters. The force of the kick blasts Sanji into a wall and the Judge says that this Germa is not the same as the one Sanji once knew. As he lies on the ground, Sanji reminisces about his childhood in the Germ Kingdom and remembers how the judge locked him in a dark cell with an iron mask. Unwilling to forgive his family just for being related to him by blood, Sanji stands up and prepares to fight with nothing but animosity towards his father. Activating Diable, Jambe attacks Judge, but Judge has several soldiers forming a barrier between him and Sanji. Sanji is caught off guard by the soldiers suddenly blocking him and slows his attack as he tells the soldiers to move. However, the judge spears one of his soldiers and brings him closer to Sanji. Sanji collides with the tip of the spear, but the Judge electrifies the tip, causing a powerful explosion that knocks Sanji far away. The soldiers cheer and Reiju walks back in as the battle ends with the judge victorious.

Meanwhile, Luffy continues to run and call out for his teammates in the Seducing Woods. The anthropomorphic flora of the forest then come to life and confront Luffy outside. Luffy is surprised by their sudden presence and the flora sing of his impending doom as they converge on him. The tree attacks Luffy with its root, but Luffy immediately reacts by knocking him to the ground. He tells the other flora to be quiet and leave him alone, but they all attack him at once, which infuriates him.

Elsewhere, Brook and Pedro sail across the river to Sweet City. Once they arrive in the capital, they dock at a hidden location and head to Whole Cake Castle on foot. As they walk, they notice the vibrancy and diversity of the city, and suddenly a courier shouts that there is breaking news. He holds up the paper for people to read the new story and Pedro walks forward to see what it is. He is surprised when he looks at the front page of the newspaper and sees a picture of Jinbe front and center.

Back in the Seducing Woods, Luffy continues running after beating up all the flora that attacked him. He then comes across the large buried man again and he begs him to remove the spear that Randolph threw at his head. Luffy agrees and then asks the man if he has seen his teammates. The man tells Luffy about his desire for apple juice and offers to tell Luffy if he can get him some, much to Luffy’s irritation. However, Luffy suddenly sees Chopper standing behind him, but Chopper doesn’t speak or acknowledge Luffy as he runs off on all fours.

In the Teutonic Kingdom, Reiju tells Sanji how impressed she is with his strength as she tends to his injuries, and a downtrodden Sanji hopes he can just speed through the tea party and get over it. Judge then comes into the room and Sanji is rejected by him, saying that he is even worse than he was in the past and looks at him as an outsider. The judge reaffirms that the two are father and son and explains that Germ soldiers are trained to sacrifice themselves for their commanders at a moment’s notice. Sanji questions why Judge won’t use them to achieve his dream of conquering the North Blue, and Judge replies that this deal with Big Mom will guarantee that the dream will come true and that marriage is necessary to seal the alliance. The judge reveals that he chose Sanji because he didn’t want to give one of his beloved sons to a crazy woman like Big Mom, so he went after the son he got rid of. The judge states that he still doesn’t really see Sanji as a son, only a failure that will fit him as a sacrifice for this arrangement. Reiju then places the golden cuffs on Sanji, and the Judge reveals that they are programmed as World Nobles slave collars to retract if Sanji tries to escape. These bonds will blow Sanji’s hands off if they explode, preventing him from using the parts he values so much. The judge reveals that Big Mom gave him the handcuffs and keys as well, shocking Sanji, and the judge declares that Sanji will get married regardless.

Back in the Seducing Woods, Luffy continues to pursue Chopper, who has a blank expression and continues to neither recognize nor speak to him. He then sees another Chopper standing behind him and has no time to react before Nami, Carrot, Sanji and Pudding peek out from behind the trees, leaving him extremely confused. The anthropomorphic flora around him laugh to themselves and say that Brûlée is playing with him and that Luffy will wander lost in these woods until he dies and even after.

Back in the Teutonic Kingdom, Sanji stands on the balcony and examines the explosive shackles on his wrists. He remembers Zeff examining his hands when he was a child after getting into a fist fight. Zeff scolded Sanji for this and punched him as he taught him that hands were meant for cooking, not threats in fights. In the present, Sanji howls with rage as his precious kitchen tools are now under a threat he cannot overcome.
