Summary:
Linlin cried at Carmel’s disappearance and two people witnessed what really happened. One of the witnesses was an Elbaf Giant who quickly fled back to Elbaf to tell the other giants what he had seen. The second witness was Streusen, who decided to use Linla’s potential. Streusen befriended Linlin and they began to create Linlin’s ideal country.
Back in Bege’s presence, Vito and Gotti fire their KX Launchers. However, their assassination attempt fails as Big Mom’s scream destroys the missiles before they can reach her. Caesar Clown brings the escape mirror, but it is broken by Big Mom’s scream. Katakuri creates earplugs for his family and crew, and the Big Mom pirates continue to surround the alliance.
In the present, Big Mama is crying over the disappearance of Carmel 63 years ago. Unbeknownst to her, two people witnessed her disappearance that day. One was a giant from Elbaf who came to check on the Sheep House and when he saw what had happened he got scared and ran away. He returned to Elbaf and told the other giants what had happened, causing them to revile Linlin even more. Another witness was a chef and former pirate named Streusen, who was able to turn inanimate objects into food with the Kuku Kuku no Mi. Streusen was amused by what he saw and decided to use Linlin. He approached her and offered to feed her if she accompanied him and prepared a feast for her to eat.
In the present, Bege, Vito, and Gotti fire their KX Launchers at Big Mom, and as she screams, Big Mom remembers her dream that she wanted to create a utopia where all races live in harmony. Before Carmel disappeared, she told Linlin and the other children about her dream for all races to see eye to eye, and Linlin interpreted it to mean that everyone else would be as big as her. After disappearing, she told Streusen about this dream, and the cook offered to help make the island they were on into her utopia. Still grieving over Carmel, Linlin tried to recreate the movements she used to animate the objects. To her surprise, she was now able to do so as well, giving life to several flowers, trees and bits of soil, which impressed Streusen. Later, some marines came to the island to look for Carmel and the children she was going to sell when they met Linlin’s friends. They were shocked by the living objects and tried to shoot them when they encountered Linlin. Angered by their actions, Linlin intervened and pelted the marines with devastating force, much to Streusen’s delight. Later, they went to sea where Linlin easily destroyed and captured several islands. She was given a bounty of 50,000,000 Beli despite being just a child, and Cipher Pol identified her as a dangerous future threat. Not long after, she was eating sweets in the castle she stormed when confronted by marines. She quickly overpowered them with the help of her new friends Zeus and Prometheus and her bounty grew to 500,000,000 Beli as she continued to conquer the islands with ease to force her dream on them and attack the people who did not fulfill her wishes.
In the present, Big Mom is frustrated with how people have always resisted her and Carmela’s dream, and before the Fire Tank Pirates’ shots can hit her, they are destroyed by her angry screams. Horrified at their failure, Bege, Vito, and Gotti run away while Katakuri puts earplugs in his ears. After regaining his composure, he makes earplugs for his crew members, allowing them to move again. With the plan backfired, Caesar flies Brûlé and the mirror down to the location to help the Straw Hats and Fire Tank pirates escape. However, Big Mom’s scream breaks the mirror and the pirate alliance is left trapped on the roof of Whole Cake Castle when Big Mom’s pirates come for them.
