Summary:
As the castle collapses, the Straw Hats, Fire Tank Pirates, and the Vinsmoke Family escape the clutches of Big Mom’s Pirates. Streusen saves the falling Big Mom Pirates by turning the collapsing castle into a cake.
After escaping the castle, Bege returns Caesar’s heart to him and ends his alliance with the Straw Hats. As Bege and his crew escape, the Straw Hats head back to the Thousand Sunny while Brook and Chopper go to retrieve the Shark Submerge III.
Big Mom The pirates organize to hunt down their enemies, but Big Mom suffers from a craving for wedding cake and goes on a rampage.
As a result of Tamatebako’s explosion, Whole Cake’s castle collapses and Big Mom, Galette, Morgans and Stussy fall to the ground. Galette is saved by Katakuri, Morgans falls to the ground and Stussy gets away with the help of Gepp. Carrying Luffy, Sanji escapes and reaches the safety of Begein’s castle. Caesar carries them all off and Germa 66 also retreats, but their castle in the Germa Kingdom is attacked by Big Mom Pirates.
Meanwhile, Streusen uses his devil fruit ability to slice up the entire cake castle and turn it into a sponge cake. Big Mom is saved by Zeus just before the castle collapses into the ground and floods the island with cream. Big Mom complains that Streusen’s ability produces food that doesn’t taste good.
Mont-d’Or falls to the ground but ends up unharmed. Enraged that the Straw Hats had escaped, he ordered all the Tartes in Totto Land to chase after them.
Bege takes the Straw Hats to a safe place. A disappointed Vito confirms that all of the Big Mom pirates survived the fall of the castle. Bege also gives Caesar his heart back and frees him. Bege eventually ends his alliance with the Straw Hats before leaving. The Straw Hats plan to escape using the Shark Submerge.
Back at the ruined castle, Katakuri splits the army into two units, one to pursue the Straw Hat and the other to pursue Bege. However, to Smoothie’s horror, Big Mom goes on a crazy spree demanding a wedding cake. Opera tries to flee, but Smoothie, unhappy that Opera lied to his family, orders him to confront Big Mom.
The other Big Mom pirates gathered and discussed the situation. Katakuri and Brulee decide to personally hunt down the Straw Hats. However, they are interrupted by Smoothie, who alerts them to Big Mom’s hungry rampage. He proceeds to destroy the city in a rage.
