Summary:
Big Mom eats Sanji’s wedding cake and is overwhelmed with sheer happiness as she enjoys it. The Big Mom Pirates and the citizens of Totto Land rejoice at the end of her lust spree, but the battle on Cacao Island continues to rage. The Sun Pirates clear a path for the Straw Hats to escape, but the oven boils the sea and forces them to retreat. The Big Mom Pirates gain ground against the Germa 66 on land, and at sea the Queen Mama Chanter confronts the Straw Hats and attacks, leaving burning wreckage in the wake of the Thousand Sunny.
On Funwari Island, Prometheus and Napoleon return to normal as Big Mom goes to the wedding cake, and Big Mom’s Pirates watch from a distance, wondering what effect the cake will have. With the cake at Big Mama’s fingertips, Bege insists they leave and carries Chiffon away. Chiffon begs him at first, but eventually accepts their departure, expressing her confidence in Sanji’s cooking skills. Big Mom scoops up pieces of cake, puts them in her mouth and swallows. He suddenly stiffens and falls on his back.
Thinking she’s been poisoned, the Big Mom Pirates rush to seek medical attention, but are then stopped by Perospero as they watch Big Mom express her delight at the delicious taste of the cake. She stands up and pounces on the cake, stunned by its magnificence, and her crew celebrates. Watching her mother eat the cake, Chiffon remembers that Sanji was making his cream on Cocoa Island and she got mad at him for doing what normally took all night. However, Sanji says he’ll finish it in two hours, saying he wants Big Mom to have a look of joy on her face when she eats it, and in the present Chiffon remarks that Sanji got what he wished for. Perospero still believes the cake was poisoned, but thinks he just didn’t hurt Big Mom. He then announces to his crew members and the citizens of Earth Totto that the rampage of Big Mom’s desire has stopped, prompting them to celebrate and be grateful for their survival. On Cocoa Island, the citizens celebrate Pudding as a hero for making the cake, but she overhears them from the alley and denies it, tearfully remembering Sanji’s skill and kindness.
In the ocean near Cacao Island, Jinbe faces his former crew, the Sun Pirates, who have all agreed to stay in Totto Land until Jinbe and the Straw Hats get out. They then go on the attack, with Wadatsumi blasting away the ships with his massive arms while the others use their weapons to knock out the paddle boats and confront the Big Mom Pirates on board. Smoothie and Daifuku continue to chase the Thousand Sunny from behind and Daifuku tries to attack it with his genie again. However, Aladdin uses Fish-Man Karate to hit the genie’s halberd with a powerful stream of water, disarming him. The Sun Pirates successfully open a path for Sunny to sail through and say goodbye to Jinbe as they steer the ship to freedom.
At Cacao Island, Snack’s fleet attacks and boards the Teutonic Kingdom’s fleet, and Judge sets out to confront the former Sweet Commander and his underlings. All of the Charlotte Decuplets take on Ichiji, Niji, Yonji and Reiju and combine into a single massive fighter. As this happens, Oven arrives in a paddle boat through the Mirror World and tells the pirates there that he has assigned Brûlée to fight on Cocoa Island. Brûlée closes in on the Big Mom Pirates with special bullets that penetrate the Vinsmokes’ Raid Suits and harm them, and out at sea, Oven heats up as he’s determined to stop the person who defeated Katakuri at all costs. He puts his hands into the ocean and boils it, making it impossible for the Sun Pirates to stay in it and forcing them to retreat into the depths.
Back on Funwari Island, Big Mom begins to sing while eating cake, reminiscing about her dream of creating a harmonious land in Totto Land. She realizes that the taste of the cake reminds her of the croquembouche she ate at her sixth birthday party with her mother Carmel and all her friends at the Sheep House, and imagines that she is back with everyone. While singing, Judge confronts Snack while his children are peppered with Brûlée bullets. Mont-d’Or receives word that Queen Mama Chanter is about to arrive on Cacao Island and celebrates. With the Sunny Pirates out of the way, the Big Mom Pirates continue their attack on the Sunny and the Straw Hats try to defend themselves against the cannon fire coming at them. They eventually come face to face with Queen Mama Chanter and her barrage of cannonballs. After the Chanter attack, the burning wreckage of the ship remains where the Sunny once was, and the Straw Hats’ Jolly Roger can be seen underwater.
