Summary:

Luffy’s group delivers a stolen cart of food to the town of Okobore, and Luffy also gives clean water to the residents.

After Luffy breaks up with Tama and Speed, Law takes the group to the ruins of Oden Castle.

Zoro largely ignores Law, who berates him for Luffy’s actions. Komachiyo continues to carry the food boat with Zoro and Law. Beasts Pirates are chasing them. Luffy also steals a giant tub of water meant as a tribute to Orochi and then escapes.

Komachiyo rides the food boat back to Okobore town and feeds its starving citizens. However, they are confronted by Rabbitman, Batman, and Snakeman, who are angry that they are eating their stolen food. However, Luffy arrives and crushes them with a huge tub of water. The citizens cheer, happy to have been saved from starvation. However, Law warns that Luffy’s actions are an act of rebellion against Wano Country. Luffy ignores this warning and gives Tama an apple as thanks for feeding him earlier.

In Bakura Town, the fire in Holed’em’s house continues to spread while Holed’em remains unconscious. However, the lion is waking up. Also, Hawkins informs his superiors about Luffy, Zoro and Law.

The citizens of Okobore take the food to the treasure ship and then dismantle the ship for building materials. Luffy’s actions remind Tam of Ace; Ace promised Tama that he would help alleviate the hunger in the country. Tama says her last goodbye to Luffy before returning home to Speed. Luffy’s group also leaves to climb a mountain to find the ruins of Oden’s castle. Kiku is suspicious of them because they plan to visit Oden’s castle. Law explains that there is an “unbelievable truth” on the mountain.

At the top of the mountain are graves marked for Kanjuro, Raizo, Momonosuke, Kin’emon, and Oden.

The anime adds the following:
Tama gives Speed a carrot.
Law wondered why Speed suddenly switched sides.
Luffy is shown finding clean water for the people of Okobore.
In the scene where there is a woman holding a child while an older woman sits over her holding beads, the woman holding the child with a knife is not shown and there is no noose shown as in the manga.
When Law tells Luffy’s group about meeting the “ghosts” of Wano Country in the manga, it was before they went to Komachiyo. In the anime, it’s after he leaves the town of Okobore.
