Summary:
In the Prison Mines, Sumo Inferno begins, but Luffy has easily defeated his opponents.
Meanwhile, Drake and Hawkins arrive at the Flower Capital Spa to search for those connected to the Kozuki family. As Shinobu, Robin, and Nami are harassed by Hawkins, it is discovered that Sanji is also at the spa. After a fight with Drake and Hawkins, Sanji escapes with Shinobu, Robin and Nami.
In the Ringo area, Zoro encounters the person who took Shusui.
Queen laughs at Luffy for suggesting that he could beat him. A terrifying sumo match then begins and Luffy is introduced to a bunch of fighters. However, Luffy defeats them effortlessly and Queen summons Pleasures. Kawamatsu watches the match from his cell while Luffy beats up the other pirates with minimal effort.
Meanwhile, Hawkins raids the spa Nami’s group is at and somehow knows about the alliance’s operations. He lines up all the people to check their ankles for the inverted crescent moon symbol because he somehow knows about the symbol. They prepare to arrest Nami, but her robe falls, exposing her breasts, knocking everyone back, including Drake.
Sanji also appears, who was apparently hiding using his ambush suit. He suffers a nosebleed and crashes into a wall. Hawkins and Drake, both of North Blue, recognize him as Stealth Black from Germ 66.
The guests go into a mad panic in fear of Germ 66. Nami’s group tries to escape during the commotion, but is confronted by Hawkins and Drake. Sanji fights them briefly before picking up the others, smashing through the ceiling and flying away. They head to Ebisu City to meet up with Usopp’s group.
In Ringo, a thief attacks swordsmen and collects their swords. At the bridge, he is confronted by Zoro, who had the Shusui sword stolen from him. The thief states that Shusui did not belong to Zoro because it was stolen from Ryuma’s grave. They quickly enter the battle as Zoro wants to collect the thief’s collection of swords.
The anime adds the following:
Before the first round of Sumo Inferno, the Queen tells the prisoners not to look away.
Hawkins calls Drake after Sanji accidentally reveals himself.
At the spa, Sanji blocks Hawkins’ attack as he tries to stop Nami, Robin, and Shinoba from escaping.
Sanji has a skirmish with Drake and Hawkins.

In the manga, Gyukimaru and Zoro have a brief conversation about Zoro getting lost while searching for Shusui. This was omitted in the anime.
