Summary:

Marine Corps officers gather at the new Marine Corps headquarters. Sengoku explains about the Rocks Pirates and the history surrounding this crew.

Brannew then reveals the reward of each of the current emperors, as well as Gol D. Roger and Edward Newgate.

Sakazuki declares that the marines will not go to Wano country and Sengoku talks about Kozuki Oden.

At the new Marine HQ, Fleet Admiral Sakazuki discusses with Fujitora the dissolution of the Seven Warlords. Although Sakazuki expresses his disapproval of the choice, he decides that he cannot change the decision. As they discuss Kaidou’s situation in Wano Country, they finally mention a certain Rock.

The other Marine officers have a meeting and Rocks name comes up as well. Sengoku decides to tell the story of the Rocks Pirates.

The Rocks Pirates were a group of extremely violent pirates who even fought amongst themselves on board the ship. Among the crew were some of the most dangerous pirates of today, including Whitebeard, Kaidou, Big Mom, and Shiki. However, 38 years ago in what would be known as the God Valley Incident, Garp joined forces with the Roger Pirates and defeated the Rocks Pirates, protecting the endangered World Nobles.

Since the incident, the World Government has attempted to remove all traces of the incident, erase Rocks’ name from history, and remove God Valley Island from all maps. Oddly, both Roger and Rocks have the mysterious initial D in their name.

Brannew announces new bounties for the Four Emperors, Teach, Shanks, Big Mom and Kaidou, all of whom have bounties in the billions. At that moment, Sakazuki enters, saying that the Marines will not intervene in Wano Country due to lack of resources. Before Sengoku leaves, he mentions Oden and reveals that Oden was a member of the Roger Pirates.

When Brannew mentions the impossibility of deploying the Seven Warriors to fight the Emperors, wanted posters for Mihawk, Kuma, Hancock, Buggy, and Weevil are seen in the episode.
Edward Weevil’s wanted poster is shown for the first time.
Buggy’s wanted poster is shown with a different image.
Unlike the manga, Brannew places Kaidou’s and Big Mom’s wanted posters in front of Roger’s and Whitebeard’s wanted posters.
