Summary:
The chapter begins with a flashback of the Straw Hats deciding on their codename. As Zoro came up with the idea of putting X under some bandages, Sanji began to suspect that Zoro had already been switched with a transvestite. Zoro yells at Sanji that he will cut him to pieces, which assures everyone that he is the real Zoro.
Back in the present, a half-dead Karoo runs away from Bon Kurei with Vivi on his back. Karoo runs so fast that, to their shock, he miraculously runs up a vertical cliff, but when they reach the top, Karoo loses his footing. As Bon Kurei laughs at Karoo and waits for them to fall, Karoo flaps his wings and flies to the top of the cliff, much to Bon Kurei’s shock. As Vivi praises Karoo and says that Bon Kurei won’t be able to chase them anymore, she looks down to see Mr. 2 hurtling down the cliff, shouting that there’s nothing okama can’t do, much to their horror.
Vivi asks Karoo if she can get across the battlefield ahead of them, and Karoo starts running into the battlefield. As they run away from Mr. 2, a passing bullet hits Karoo and Karoo falls to the ground in pain. Vivi cries and asks Karoo if she is okay and Karoo tells Vivi to go quickly. As Mr. 2 approaches them, the Super Spot Billed Duck Troops come to the rescue and hit Bon Kurei in the head.
Sanji appears and tells the ducks they can go now, and Vivi tells them she’s fine. Vivi tells them to take care of Karoo instead and Sanji tells her to go, to which she nods. As Vivi runs away, Mr. 2 is enraged and attacks Sanji, telling him to die. Sanji guards by kicking Mr. 2’s leg and tells him to return the sniper glasses. Sanji tells Mr. 2 that he’s not as weak as the other boys, and Mr. 2 asks Sanji if he’s the “Mr. Prince” everyone’s been talking about. Sanji’s glasses fall off and he says no; he’s a first-class chef of the sea, Sanji. Bon Kurei says that he himself is a first-ranked okama of the sea and tells Sanji that chefs should not fight dark organizations. Sanji says he’s a cook and a pirate, so Mr. 2 is the same. Mr. 2 agrees and Sanji tells him to leave the country alone.
Meanwhile, at the southeast gate of Alubarna, Usopp finds an injured Chopper and asks if he is okay. Chopper says he is and tells Usopp to be careful because the enemy is still here. The pillar falls on its own and Usopp is confused because no one was with him. Chopper tells Usopp that they are underground and explains that Miss Merry Christmas is a “Mogu Mogu no Mi” devil fruit user and Mr. 4, her partner, is a “fourth batman” with a dog. Usopp is even more confused by this. Then there’s a bark and a baseball comes flying at them. Chopper tells Usopp to get out of his way and someone hits the ball with a bat. The ball ticks as it gets closer and explodes when it’s right in front of Usopp’s nose.
