Summary:
The Shandia and Skypieans are in the ruins of Shandora and are trying to prepare to return to their homeland to rebuild their previous homelands, having been destroyed by Enel. Raki asks Aisa if she was worried about her treasure, and Aisa replies that it’s not important. Kamakiri calls out to Raki.
Sanji and Zoro talk about Wyper, with Sanji asking why he has to treat Wyper, Zoro replies that Wyper is an honorable warrior. Aisa asks Chopper if she can take care of Wyper. Sanji then asks Usopp and Robin where the other Straw Hats are and what happened to the golden bell.
Kamakiri asks Raki if it’s okay to leave Wyper with the straw hats. Raki replies that it will be fine because Aisa also trusts them. The Skypians gathered all the priests and banished them to the desert cloud. Gan Fall told Pierre to stay with the Straw Hats and take a break.
After a while, Luffy, Conis, and Nami return with a lot of food from the priests’ warehouse. Usopp wondered how Luffy got down and Luffy told Usopp that he got down using a Gomu Gomu balloon. Zoro asked Conise where her father was.
Conis Zoro responded by telling him that Pagaya tried to protect her from Enel and took the attack instead. However, Pagaya appears and tells everyone that he is still alive. He told everyone that he fell into the White Sea and was rescued. He goes on to tell everyone that the people who escaped to Clouds End are returning to the White-White Sea using the Cloud Dials, and with Angel Island being completely destroyed, they all come to God Island.
The Skypiean calls out to Gan Fall, but Gan Fall tells him not to call him God because he isn’t, and tells him to save his strength and not speak. Gan Fall finds out that many people have been imprisoned here for six years and tells them that it is over and everyone can go home. However, another Skypiean told Gan Fall that he saw Enel destroy the homeland as well as Shandia’s. This led to both Shandia Chief and Gan Fall asking if the 400 year war was over and the anxiety would simply disappear. Enel, he told everyone that the god cannot be defeated and he will return one day. He will not allow anyone else to accompany him to the moon because he is the only one worthy. Afterwards, Enel prepares to go to the moon with its ship Maxim.
Nami told the Straw Hats to go to the ship. However, Luffy and Usopp protest the idea, saying it is inhuman. Meanwhile, Wyper regained consciousness. He asks where he is and Gan Fall tells him that he is in the ruins of Shandor. Wyper tries to move, but is stopped by Conis, who tells him he can’t move yet. Chief Shandia told Wyper to calm down and not push it with his wounds.
Wyper continues by asking Chief Shandia where the golden bell is as he needs to guard it, and the chief responds by telling Wyper to listen while he talks. He goes on to tell Wyper the reason why the warriors were at war. He then told Wyper that no one wanted to see the war continue.
With that, Luffy and the others throw a party to mark the end of the 400 Year War with laughter and smiles.
