Summary:
As the drawbridge lowers to allow access to the Tower of Justice, the Straw Hat Pirates shout to save Robin, and on the other side, the members of CP9 laugh at the Straw Hats’ bravery, but are confident that they cannot be defeated. On the left and right towers in Courthouse Plaza, Mozu, Lulu, Kiwi, and Tilestone celebrate their success in lowering the drawbridge. Meanwhile, Baskerville confronts the Galley-La Workers while ordering the Marines to destroy the drawbridge. Paulie and Zambai attack it and split it into three parts, but Baskerville reveals that they are actually three people with different bodies: the one on the left is Bas, the one on the right is Kerville, and the one in the middle is the princess. Baskerville then orders mortar fire and the mortars stop the drawbridge.
Baskerville yells at Spandam to escape the Tower of Justice, and Spandam complies, dragging Robin away and ordering someone else to take Franky. Spandam rejoiced at the Straw Hats and said he had CP9, Robin, and Franky, the latter of whom had plans for Pluton. However, Spandam encounters Franky, who, much to his shock, hands over the Pluton blueprints that he had inside his body the whole time. Spandam tells Franky to give them to him, but Franky tells Robin that he knew he did not wish to misuse Pluton as many believed, knowing that Tom and Iceburg’s mission was to prevent Pluton from falling into the wrong hands. Franky tells Spandam that if he got his hands on the plans, the world would descend into violence, though Spandam tries to convince him that would happen if Robin got them.
