Summary:

Don Krieg wields his most powerful weapon, the Great Battle Spear, which he uses to seemingly control Luffy. However, Luffy manages to break his spike.
Don Krieg is knocked down by Luffy again. This causes severe anguish among his crew members, as Don Krieg always emerges from battle unscathed. However, when one of the crew states that he believes that Luffy is actually stronger than Krieg, he stands up and tells them to shut up before connecting his shoulder plates together to form his “Great Battle Spear” which slams into the ground next to Luffy. creating an explosion.
The crew members finally rejoice when they see Krieg’s secret weapon as he throws off his cloak and notes that it is much stronger than the stakes he fired at Luffy earlier. As Luffy wonders how the spear caused the explosion, Krieg swings it again, sending Luffy flying over the ocean, but luckily he reaches for the floating platform. However, with Krieg losing a lot of blood and the platform he’s standing on being unstable, he soon falls to his knees.
Now the crew members are talking to each other about Krieg’s weapon, which seems to create explosions depending on how hard the hit is. Krieg continues to attack Luffy, who is running for his life. The crew members now discuss Krieg’s immense strength, as the spear weighs approximately 1 ton, yet Krieg can only swing it with one hand.
Eventually, Luffy loses his balance and jumps over Krieg’s blow, but in doing so leaves himself wide open for an attack. Just in time, however, Luffy grabs the spear before it can hit him. Enraged, Krieg slams his spear into the ground, forcing Luffy to let go. Krieg continues to spear Luffy, who grabs the point, but Krieg merely swings it, creating an explosion that sends Luffy flying. As Krieg swings again, Luffy is hit in the head. Krieg then continues and tells him that he is stronger than Luffy.
However, Luffy responds by slamming his feet into the ground, breaking the tip of the spear, much to Krieg’s confusion and horror. Luffy tells him that he hit the spike 5 times and that Luffy can beat him because of the wide area where they landed.
