Summary:
Yosaku explains to Luffy and Sanji about the Seven Sea Warriors. Meanwhile, Nezumi, a corrupt sailor, visits Arlongo and his pirate crew.
Luffy is looking forward to entering the Grand Line with the newest Straw Pirate, Sanji. However, Yosaku warns them of the dangers of this sea. In particular, he warns them of the presence of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, which include Dracule Mihawk and a fish-men pirate named Jinbe. He explains that years ago, Jinbe had a relationship with his strongest lieutenant in East Blue, Arlong. He senses that Nami will be near Arlong. Sanji has doubts because he always trusts a beautiful woman and he recently had a crush on Nami. Yosaku mentions that due to Nami’s suspicious behavior being linked to their copy of Arlong’s wanted poster, he and Johnny previously suspected that there must have been a connection between Nami and Arlong.
Meanwhile, at Arlong Park, the base of Arlong’s Fish-Men pirates, Arlong makes a deal with Marine Nezumi. She pressures Nezumi to loosen up and celebrate with a common language they understand, money. However, Nezumi tells him that he must continue before anyone recognizes his ship in the harbor. Suddenly, Nami is introduced as one of Arlong’s pirate officers and the only person Arlong can trust.
