Summary:

Vice Admiral Bastille angrily asks where the reinforcements are in the eastern port, but the marines say they can’t because all their guns and ammunition are gone. Meanwhile, the Tontatts take their weapons away and laugh. Marines report that their ships stick together almost as if they were stitched together, and Marines marvel at how steel can be stitched together. When the marines find they are unable to cut through the seams because they have no knives, Leo is on top of the ship with his needles, winning over the other dwarves. In the streets, Marines who have been knocked down are still unable to get up, angering the Bastille.
Mansherry asks Maujii if it’s okay to receive gifts from the marines because the gifts will cause them to collapse, but Maujii replies that it was a plan orchestrated by Kyros. The soldiers tell Bastille that they have heard rumors that the strange happenings are the work of fairies, but the vice admiral doesn’t believe them.
Luffy is still running to the harbor as the pirates try to fend off the marines. Bartolomeo creates a barrier to stop Fujitora, but Sai doubts it will actually stop him.
Elsewhere, Law and Sengoku talk about Rosinante. Sengoku has a flashback of Rosinante telling him about Law and how Law reminded him of Doflamingo as a child. Sengoku warned Rosinante that since Amber Lead’s disease was incurable, she needed to focus more on her current mission to stop Doflamingo. Rosinante confirms this, saying that he wouldn’t let Dressrosa fall into Doflamingo’s hands. Back in the present, Sengoku tells Law that Rosinante was like a son to him and that he raised him to be a good person. While Rosinante firmly believed in justice, he lied to Sengoku about going to Ope Ope no Mi. When he received the news of Rosinante’s death, he burst into tears for the loss of his son. He knew the reason he lied to him must have been important.
Sengoku tells Law that four things were lost that day: Barrels Pirates, Rosinante’s life, Ope Ope no Mi, and the boy with the Amber Lead disease. Law reveals that he was a boy and affirms his commitment to Rosinante, claiming that he gave him life and heart. Law tells Sengoku that he is D. and asks him if he knows anything about it. After a brief second of silence, Sengoku states that Rosinante didn’t do this because Law had a “D” bearer, but because he truly loved him. Finally, he argues that Law should remember Rosinante and that he should live on, which Rosinante would also say.
Suddenly they are interrupted by debris that begins to float towards the sky. The citizens and pirates look up to the sky to see all the debris floating in the air and realize that Fujitora is doing this to stop the pirates. The wreckage moves towards the eastern harbor as Tsuru tells Bastille to evacuate her men. Riku Doldo III, Viola, Tank Lepanto, Rebecca, Kyros, and Tontatta panic as Law quickly heads towards the eastern port, telling his allies to prepare to set sail. All the pirates run away when Usopp and Bartolomeo see Luffy coming and tell him to dodge Fujitora. However, Luffy still runs towards Fujitora and attacks him with the Elephant Gun. Luffy states that he won’t run away like he used to and will take on any Admiral or Emperor in his way like the Pirate King would.
