Summary:

As the Goat was shot by members of the Baroque Races disguised as members of the Royal Army, a member of the Royal Army confronts them, unaware that they are spies, and demands to know why they shot the Goat. The crocodile then creates sand between the royal army and the rebel army, obscuring the sight of both sides. More members of the royal army are shot, revealing that members of the Baroque Cannons have infiltrated both sides to ensure they continue fighting. They ignore Vivi and Koza’s pleas to stop fighting, and the rebel and royal armies clash again. Miss All Sunday praises Vivi’s determination, but notes that Vivi’s voice cannot reach them now. Refusing Cobra’s request to escape the Crocodile, Vivi confronts the Warlord and tells him that he can still save lives if he stops the explosion in 15 minutes. The crocodile grabbed Vivi by the throat and taunted her, saying that idealism can only be realized by people who are physically able to make it happen. Crocodile criticizes Vivi’s decision not to tell the rebels about the explosion in 15 minutes, commenting that even if there was panic, she could at least save a few thousand lives. Crocodile then praises Vivi’s hard work for the past 2 years by spying on his organization from the inside, but boldly tells her that she can’t save this country.
As she is thrown from the palace wall, a flying figure arrives, much to Crocodile’s shock as he notices Luffy riding the flying figure, having survived the previous confrontation. As Luffy angrily screams Crocodile’s name, Crocodile shows visible anger that Luffy has returned, while Vivi is relieved.
