Summary:

Wyper gets to his feet and looks at the partially destroyed tree from his and Luffy’s exchange for signs of a pirate. He’s panting heavily and yelling at Luffy, asking him if he’s dead. Luffy replies of course not and starts to get to his feet as well. Wyper hears a noise towards Luffy and suddenly Luffy is seen falling on parts unknown. He wonders what exactly is going on as he continues to plunge into the dark abyss. Wyper wonders where he went, but decides he needs to conserve his powers for Enel regardless. He notes that further use of the rejection dial will likely destroy his body, but is still determined to defeat Enel. When Luffy finally stops falling, he wonders where he is when he notices the ancient ruins around him.
Elsewhere in the Upper Yard, Genbo finishes off several God Army enforcers with his bazooka. They haven’t shown they’re no match for it and they’re blown away. However, Commander Yama appears and comments on the rarity of Genba’s cannonballs. He adds that a heavy material like iron does not naturally exist in the sky and notes that many of his men have fallen to him. He identifies Shandia by name and Genbo does the same for Yama, both of them disdain each other. Genbo fires a cannonball right at him and is shocked when Yama doesn’t react at all. Yama shows a surprising amount of athleticism for his size by jumping and kicking the cannonball right back at Genba, flying back into a tree and coughing up blood as he berates the commander. Yama reveals an entire belt full of ax dials and charges directly at Genbo, who claims he can’t die here. He taunts Yama to put it on, to which the Commander responds by slapping Shandia in the stomach with the ax blades. Genbo is slashed in several places, left unconscious as he slides to the ground, showing that several “X” marks have been cut into the tree. Yama then turns away from the incapacitated Shandia and lets out a cry of victory.
As the Shandia continue to fight in the forest, Nico Robin comes upon a tombstone. He seems to be for the city itself, as he estimates that it was most likely built by his descendants after his fall. He reads that the city is called “Shandora” and that it prospered over 1,100 years ago. He further reads that they mysteriously disappeared 800 years ago and notices that this just so happens to fall within the “missing” 100 years of the world’s history known as the “Void Century”. Wondering if Sky Island was really part of this untold history, and with a map of the city depicted on the stone, she decides to head to the square to see what else she can learn. However, Yama approaches her from behind and asks who is there. He comments on how pretty she is and prepares to attack.
On the Going Merry, the two new visitors introduce themselves as the vice commanders of God’s army and claim that they have come to avenge their brother Satori. They introduced themselves as Hotori and Kotori and Satori was their older brother. Nami says she has no idea what he’s talking about as they explain that they will show no mercy in defeating their brother. Gan Fall calls Pierre who instinctively throws his spear at the knight and Nami prepares her Clima-Tact. Gan Fall mentions that they need to defeat the two quickly to catch up with Enel, who may have nefarious intentions with his prisoners. He tells Nami to stay back, but when she notices what just happened to Usopp, she retorts that it’s her turn to fight. Gan Fall has no objections and tells her that first they need to find out what dials they use.
Back in the forest, one of the enforcers tries to tell Gedatsu where something is, but his eyes are rolled to the back of his head, preventing him from seeing anything. The enforcers tell him his mistake and Gedatsu is comically shocked to see again. It turns out that the enforcer is trying to point him at Chopper, and even has a picture as proof that he’s with the “blue sea dwellers”. Chopper himself also continues to remain oblivious to their presence, calling out for Luffy, Zoro, and Robin. Gedatsu suddenly appears right behind him, but he rolls his eyes again, which of course makes him wonder where Chopper went. Chopper finally notices the priest behind him and freaks out at how scary he looks with those eyes.
