Summary:
Tony Tony Chopper looks on with deep concern as Round 2 of the Davy Back Fight, Groggy Ring, looks set to end with the Straw Hats losing again. Itomimizu flies overhead and begins preparing to announce the match in favor of the Foxy Pirates, but they are completely blown away when Roronoa Zoro and Sanji rise back to their feet. Itomimizu praises their stamina while Luffy and Usopp cheer on their crewmates. Foxy orders Hamburg, Pickles, and the Big Pan to give him the “Monster Burger”, prompting horrified reactions from the Foxy Pirates. Hamburg pulls out two metal clubs and Pickles draws his swords as the Foxy Pirates start singing a song about burger ingredients. Nami points out that such weapons are not allowed to do anything, as Big Pan pulls out two huge pans that he can smash together like cymbals. As the three move onto Zoro and Sanji, Itomimizu announces that it’s the deadliest combo attack of the crew (and ironically “red card” material). The referee stretches along the sideline and deliberately looks away from the illegal activity. Luffy attempts to attack the referee for his bias, but Usopp holds him back.
Itomimizu notes that their target is the “orb” of Sanji, with Hamburg leading the charge. Declaring that he can’t do any good with third-tier ingredients like the Foxy Pirates, Sanji heads off towards Hamburg with a few backflips that make the latter notice his speed. Sanji uses “Troisieme Hachis” and delivers several powerful kicks to Hamburg’s face before also launching him into the air with another powerful kick, the “Bouquetiere Shot”. Hamburg flies right past Pickles towards the Big Pan, causing him great concern. Pickles tells Big Pan to stop smashing the pans against each other, but it’s too late and Hamburg is completely crushed between them. Seeking revenge, Pickles attempts to cut Sanji, but is stopped with his bare hands by Zoro, who reminds him that this is a team fight. Pickles then tries to target Zoro, but he uses “No Sword Style: Tatsu Maki” and sends Pickles flying right at Big Pan as well. Noticing that he is unable to stop his spinning motion with his swords due to Zoro’s spin attack against him, Pickles inadvertently slices Big Pan. The attack incapacitates Big Pan and knocks him back, but Sanji appears behind him and kicks Wotan back to an upright position with “Anti-Manner Kick Course”. Zoro begins to rush towards Sanji, though Itomimizu announces that he is going for their Big Pan “ball”, prompting Pickles to try to stop him. However, Sanji quickly intervened and landed a kick so hard on Pickles that he flew right into the referee. The referee is badly injured, but remains conscious enough to notice that the Straw Hats’ behavior was intentional. He tries to pick up the red card, only to notice that it was stolen before completely passing out. Nami reveals that she stole all the cards and Robin calls her a naughty girl for it.
Zoro rushes to Sanji and jumps on his leg, causing Itomimizu to accidentally announce that they are fighting again. Sanji instead uses his leg to shoot Zoro directly at Big Pan. Zoro grabs Big Pan’s lip and lifts his body into the air, stunning the Foxy Pirates with his strength. The crew is in complete shock that the “Groggy Monsters” could ever be defeated. Zoro slammed Big Pan through the gate to win Round 2 of the Davy Back Fight for the Slam Hat Pirates.
