Summary:
Nico Robin and a man in a bear mask are seen pinned against a wall somewhere on the grounds of Galley-La HQ. The pair blow up a cloak that covers them for a second while Galley-La members shoot at them. When the cloak lands on the ground, the carpenters are shocked to see the pair disappear right in front of them. Elsewhere on the grounds, a musketeer who can jump in the air continues to attack the fighting carpenters with a barbed whip.
In the presidential suite, two masked men introduce themselves as members of Cipher Pol No.9 (CP9). A shocked Paulie mentions that they should have been confronted by the employees, but one of them reveals a blood-soaked hand and explains that neither of them saw any carpenters. Several men can be seen huddled against the wall and floor in the hallway. The two men then tell Paulie to hand over the documents and his life to them.
Outside, the commotion continues over the disappearance of Robin and the bear-masked man, as the pair are seen walking in a dimly lit corridor. They push the man in the bear mask against the wall and the door to Iceburg’s room opens, where a shocked Iceburg is waiting for them. The bear masked man explains that this is the power of the Doa Doa no Mi and shoots Iceburg to shock as Robin explains that “a good cook is never lazy in preparation”. He goes on to confirm that they are CP9 and explains that the reason Iceburg was allowed to live was because of the straw hat dudes. He also explains that their main objection is the plans, which they state he gave to Paulie to deal with.
On their way to Galley-La Headquarters, the three remaining Straw Pirates discuss that the fact that Luffy arrives ahead of them will benefit them, as the front will be poorly defended. Leaping over the surrounding wall, much to their surprise, the three are greeted by a large number of carpenters. Somewhere in Water 7, Luffy is seen stuck between two buildings, struggling to break free.
Back at Galley-La HQ, Tilestone’s attention is drawn to the carpenter calling for someone to come up to the third floor. Upon arrival, they see a man in a bear mask sitting and waiting for a signal as he collapses over Kaku and a fallen Rob Lucci looking defeated.
